Booked this place through Booking.com and I am honestly not the kind of person to write bad reviews (or reviews in general unless specifically asked), but I had such an awful feeling at this place and how it's been handled since, I wanted to share the same review here as well to warn people who dislike similar things. ||Positive: When I arrived, the owner did help me bring my luggage upstairs (which was quite heavy to be fair) and he also immediately offered to order a taxi when I asked him something about it, even double checking in the evening, which was really kind. Additionally, the location is very good if you want to stay in the center.||Negative: First of all, I should mention I have used Booking in the past and was always satisfied, nor do I care about luxurious or spacious stays. The only thing I do prefer, however, is a clean place, that is why I wish I knew the following in advance:|- extremely bad smell of urine in the bathroom and smoke in the room upon arrival. The owner seemed a bit annoyed when I asked if he maybe had some air refresher for the bathroom and said the smell came from chlorine but was kind enough to bring a spray, even though it didn't help. I did not mention the smell of cigarettes as he was actually causing it (later I noticed he was smoking inside many times). Be aware the smell is extreme and not only in the hallway, but also inside the rooms (whereas it says 'non-smoking throughout' under facilities on Booking.com).|- cockroaches in the bathroom. After telling the owner, he was kind enough to offer another room, however, it had the same problem (killed 5 of them in total).|- general lack of cleanliness (a lot of mold in the bathroom between the tiles of the second room, lots of hair on the bath mat and place to put soap on, food rests from breakfast on the ground).|- note there is no shared kitchen as is mentioned under facilities on Booking.com.|Eventually, I stayed 3 out of 5 nights due to the smell and cockroaches (if I wasn't on a student budget, I would have left immediately and booked another place to stay). I did ask on the second day if it was possible to cancel the 2 nights I did not stay freely because of the aforementioned things, but the owner said I needed to do it through Booking. It seems now that he has the option to let one cancel without an extra fee, however, he simply is not replying to my message (it's been over more than a month so far). I do realize mostly all reviews on Booking, Google and here are positive, which is why I did not expect...

It is a pedestrian street but There is a parking very close to the hotel and a taxi can bring you almost...
