This is a quiet, exquisite, impeccably decorated lovely place. There is so much charm wrapped into La Maison Ottomane you should bring a thesaurus to help you describe the place to others. Entering La Maison Ottomane is like stepping back to a time when traveling afar also meant you should pamper yourself and be treated like royalty. Andreas - the owner- is wonderful to talk with, and Alexandra is an incredibly attentive hostess who goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed and taken care of. The whole place has a Moroccan vibe to it (which was the goal of the design) and feels just like a riad. It is situated close enough to enable you to walk everywhere, but being situated at the end of a small street makes it a quiet little sanctuary. The real bonus is they have a small, private and convenient parking lot next door. A genuine rarity in the centre of any old city. The breakfast also ranks as one of the best I've had in Greece. Abundant, fresh and high quality. It will give you enough fuel to start your day no matter how much walking you have planned.

I’ve never experienced this much wonderful hotel in my whole life. Not only the room and meal are perfect but also I’m so grateful with the hopitality. It is my very first visit of Greece and Crete. So I was so confused with the such things like how to get to the hotel and whether I should book the tours or not. But because of all the guides supported by this hotel (especially the host, Alexandra), I could come to the hotel in so safe way by taxi which was booked by the host and I could book the tour with reasonable price. I could enjoyed all my journey with more releaved mind. I will definetely visit this hotel again and will recommend anyone who will visit Chania. Thank you so much!! ❤️

This place is just perfect. I can't imagine it getting any better. The location is great, the Ottoman suite is exquisite to say the least, both in terms of decor and amenities. The breakfast is splendid. And most importantly, the staff - both Andreas and Alexandra are just the greatest hosts. Definitely the only place I will be staying in when I come back to Chania.
