Amazing super clean place just 20 meters from the old port of Chania. Stefanos is a great and polite host. He gives you great tips and he is there whatever you need. We took the superior loft suite. The streets outside are very noisy but if you keep the windows closed, you get pease of mind. Thank u for everything Lignum Suites.

Parto dai punti di forza: -posizione perfetta, centralissima ed a pochi passi dal porto veneziano -staff gentilissimo da remoto, nel senso che non abbiamo mai incontrato nessuno nonostante dovrebbe esserci una reception attiva, ma la comunicazione era tempestiva ed il self check-in facile. Tuttavia per me l’esperienza non è stata positiva, o meglio non la ripeterei. Camera davvero piccola e stessa cosa per il bagno. Ho visto camere cosi piccole solo in Giappone! Poco confortevole, non ci si stava dentro. Insonorizzazione inesistente, tutte le stanze mancando di corridoio danno sulla scala con il risultato che si sente qualsiasi rumore e vociferare a qualsiasi ora e stessa cosa per i rumori che esterni: noi eravamo al primo piano. Mancanza di presa di corrente ad entrambi i lati del letto. Non è stato un soggiorno confortevole e per questo non mi sento di consigliarlo.

Perfect location, right by the Harbour and old Town, only a 15 min walk to tbe beach ad well. Beautiful modern rooms, loved the bathroom especially and the shower was just amazing! The beds were sooo comfy, way better than a hotel! The rooftop is also a really nice touch, especially at night.||Stefanos is sooo lovely and kind. Always around when you need him, and always smiling and happy to help. I needed a shower cap and couldn't find any in the supermarkets so he went and got some for me :'). ||Hala was really lovely too. So down to earth and easy to speak to, gave us all the good recommendations! :)||I will definitely be going back Chania and will only be staying at the lignum Suites. Thank you for Stefanos and Hala for making my trip memorable; and congratulations on the wedding...

The main draw in the top floor apartment was the lovely terrace with hammock and shaded dining table and the extremely convenient location for harbour and main sights. Despite restaurants and convenience stores on your doorstep there is little noise. Parking on site is a real bonus even though 10 euros per day. Very small but clean shower with soap /shower gel provided and nice towels. Kitchen could do with a few more basics such as a wine bottle opener and more (uncracked) glasses. One of the best hospitality experiences we've ever had! Excellent rooms which we have visited many times, with attention to the smallest detail and very clean! From our very first visit we felt at home. Beautiful building in a central part of the old town of Chania, next to all the shops that you can reach on foot, it is one of the best, if not the best and most value for money option, given the affordable prices.
