I stayed here on two occasions once in room 103 and once in 102.

• Even with windows closed you will hear lots of noise coming from the road and planes. You will not get any sleep here. • It was extremely loud in the house with people screaming and slamming doors all through the night. One morning at 5am I heard loud hammering coming from the other room which sounded like someone was trying to break in. • 102 had ants everywhere. • 103 was tiny making it impossible to open or store your suitcases. • Bathroom facilities are questionable. Tiny and built into cupboards. There was also lots of mold. • When I arrived at 3pm, room 103 wasn’t ready and I had to wait another 30 minutes in...

The location is great, very close to the main tourist street and about 8 minutes from the Venetian Palace. Super convenient.

But the room was not good. The soundproofing is terrible — at 6 am we could hear people laughing in the next room, plus all the noise from the street.

The place didn’t feel clean. The kitchen was dirty, the bed sheets didn’t feel fresh, and the whole room gave a dirty impression. On the balcony the table was so dusty that when I wiped it with a wet tissue it turned black. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for months.

Ich habe bei Prime Studios eine Ferienwohnung mit 20 qm gebucht. Da wir zu zweit reisen und große Koffer haben, war mir wichtig, dass es nicht so eng ist. Als wir das Appartement betraten waren wir beide entsetzt über die Größe, statt 20 waren es nur ca. 10 qm. Das Bett nahm fast den ganzen Platz ein, rechts sind etwa 60 cm bis zur Wand und links nur etwas mehr als 1 Meter. Und am Fußende erreicht das Bett fast den Vorhang, man kommt gerade noch vorbei. An den Wänden, rechts und links befinden sich perspektivische Fotos, die die Illusion eines tiefen Raumes vorspiegeln. Leider können die Fotos das Zimmer nicht vergrößern. Nicht nur die Angabe der Zimmerfläche ist nicht korrekt, auch die Fotos mit denen die Wohnung beworben wurde, gehören zu einem anderen Appartement. Die ersten drei Fotos zeigen ein deutlich größeres Appartment, das dann wahrscheinlich auch wirklich die 20 qm hat. Ich habe also nicht das gebuchte Appartement bekommen, sondern ein deutlich kleineres, mein Appartement hat die Nummer 103. Als ich den Vermieter angeschrieben habe, teilte er mir mit, das Appartement habe die versprochenen 20 qm. Eine Fläche auszurechnen ist sehr einfach (Schulstoff der Grundschule). Einfach Länge mal Breite und man erhält die Fläche. Schade, dass man die Leute so für dumm verkaufen will. Gerne erwähne ich auch die positiven Aspekte der Unterkunft: der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet, bei Ankunft erhielten wir kaltes Wasser, das Bett war bequem und die Klimaanlage...
