The hotel is very new and I personally chose it because of the LPM restaurant that I know is very popular. The hotel prices were high, as expected for a five star hotel in the high season of Mykonos, but the service was absolutely terrible. When me and my partner checked in the staff didn’t find our reservation booking, which was pre-payed in advance. It took them 30 minutes to find it. No welcome drinks… no one helped us with luggage and welcomed us upon arrival. Very unprofessional for the money that is being payed! Additionally for a five star hotel all of the spa facilities including the sauna are with an additional charge, which for me is totally unreasonable and doesn’t make any sense! The reception staff is pressuring and very rude, we were rushed out of the room upon check out (even though the check in was tragic) and they did not even bother to give us a few extra minutes! Again no one helped with the luggage , which is not okay! And then upon being rushed out of our room the staff kept asking us if we are leaving from the lobby! I also remember one of the days we ordered some items from WOLT and they didn’t want to deliver them! They wanted us to leave the hotel and didn’t allow us to rest and wait for our flight which was mid day! The rooms were cleaned very well , but sometimes even if we left a comment “make up room” they didn’t do it for the whole day. But always fixed it...
Read moreThe hotel is new and the design is excellent. Close to the center of Mykonos town, although on a hill. And that's it as far as advantages go. The rooms are really small and cramped. Bathroom too small, everything packed, and I didn't take the basic room. The hotel upgraded me from a room with a jacuzzi to a room with a pool. Almost the same. The view from the terrace is nothing special, there are houses all around, and the sea can be seen through them. The pool is small, there is not even room for deckchairs on the terrace even though you have a pool that is cold. Everything is small, there is no place to store suitcases. Also the main pool although beautifully designed does not have any view, only if you are standing you can see the outline of the sea in the distance. Breakfast was the worst I had on Mykonos, small selection, everything exposed in the open, quality nothing special. The restaurant for dinner, although I didn't try it, looked nice and had an atmosphere. Also, the spa is small and nothing special, but the treatments are excellent, the therapist is extremely professional. The staff is friendly and that's it. I had no desire to stay in the hotel or at the pool for that single whole day I had there, and when I came from the beach at 6:00 in the afternoon, the room was still not ready. Far...
