Avoid ! They are scammer ! Agreed to refund but disappeared !
This is terrible experience tonight ! The room no.7 hot water boiler broken , it didn’t not last long while I start showering, so I had a cold shower waiting in a cold room, and I tried to go back continuous showering and hope hot water working but still didn’t last long for 2’min maybe. Also the water colour looks rusty dark yellow, I don’t know why… So I contacted them asking them come to fix and asking what happen of the water. The manager said : “The colour might be different than the normal, in any case the municipality doing contractions. “ I don’t think this is truth as he haven’t seen yet.
After awhile they come to check the boiler and yes it’s broken they will fix it tomorrow morning, they offer me move to other room tonight and move back to this room tomorrow morning after fix boiler. I refused as I already had a cold shower with dirty water and I’m not going to move around some of my stuffs during my holiday I suppose rest or go out. I require for at least one night refund Or change other rooms for my whole booking but they refused!!
Yeah it all happened and they refused refund just ask me to stay other room and maybe shower again ?!
I don’t deserve a holiday wasting time have this complain waiting them to sorted out and with their bad attitude.
Also this no.7 room not very warm in October, no sunshine through the room during the day time, so when I was waiting to see if hot water coming back it was cold !
Update 1 : they did not come to fix the problem as agree time at 8am ! No reply text So bad customer service! Btw, they said they comes for the solution offered me to use other room for shower so they can not refund.
Update 2 : they offer to refund 2/3 ask me to change hotel still refused to do a full refund. I still have not hear any update and money back! No reply email and text !
Up to everyone to judge if you would be happy for this solution for your holiday. And Avoid if you don’t want to deal with this type of holiday when your room...
