Fabrica Food Mall — Restaurant in Municipality of Mykonos

Horrible experience in this Souvlaki Story branch (There are 4 branches in Mykonos just FYI). Waiter was impatient and unfriendly. He did not ask us if we would like water or bread but gave them to us straightaway, charging for them in the end. Constantly kept upselling and was very off-putting by suggesting a platter would be cheaper than a few gyros (it obviously isnt). He gave us a bucket of ice and we told him to take it back for fear of them charging for it. He looked annoyed and replied us in greek(?) while running away. (He did not take the ice back) Waiter then told us he was in a rush (place was empty) and we have to pay before we even started the meal. Told us price was €52. I held my hand out to sign but HE SIGNED IT HIMSELF. Ignored my request for the receipt and would not look me in the eye throughout this payment process. Card notified me i paid €54. This was the absolute worst dining experience from any of the restaurants within Mykonos! My boyfriend and I came here to watch some soccer and were treated horribly by the lady at the front! We have never experienced someone being so rude. We were ordering drinks and politely asked to be moved to a better seat that opened up. She said no, you’re not allowed- as that is just the dining area. We told her that we actually did want to order food and she waited 10 mins to tell us that we were not allowed to sit there and proceeded to give that table to another customer that came in 10 mins later.

I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dining experience! I would take the five steps across the street and eat...

Food here is amazing, when ordering staff seemed irritated with us, it could have been the masks causing a communication issue. Same staff though was amazing at the end, there was an obnoxious man going from table to table thinking he was being cute. The staff all came up and made him sit, and stood around to make sure he behaved himself. Our waitress was extremely kind and apologized for him. The lamb was wonderful in my gyro.
