She Mykonos is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We were kicked out of a room due to a double booking, a mistake which was made on their behalf, and our expensive personal belongings were taken. My friend and I had booked a room for 4 nights; on the second day we were told that the hotel had accidentally double booked our room and we were asked to leave and find a new place (at a different hotel or airbnb) so that the new guests could move in. When we asked why they couldn’t ask the new guests to find another place instead, we were told that they were a group of six and they all wanted to stay at the same hotel, so we tried to be accommodating and agreed to let the staff find another place for us to stay. They kept asking us to give them more money - on top of what we had already paid for the 4 nights - for the new place and we had to explain to them that it was not our responsibility to pay extra for a mistake that they had made. After the second night, when we were supposed to move out, they still hadn’t found a proper place for us to stay; every place they showed us was very far away and did not meet any of the standards we had agreed upon. When they finally did find a place that was somewhat decent, they asked us to leave quickly, and we packed in a hurry and forgot items of clothing. Later that day we realized this and when we asked them if anything had been found, we were told that the clothing was thrown out because it had clearly been worn. I tried to explain to the manager that they could have waited a day, or at least a few hours, before discarding the clothing, but she kept interrupting me and telling me that they couldn’t have known that we didn’t leave it there on purpose. I tried to tell her that it would have been common courtesy, especially after we were so obliging to their mistakes, for them to take care of their guests’ personal belongings, but she then hung up on me and that was the end of it. In conclusion, our stay at She Mykonos included disrespectful treatment, terrible communication, theft and no...
Read moreOur recent stay at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag, leading to a rating of 3.5 out of 5. While it delivered on cleanliness and comfort, a few details kept it from being truly memorable.
The location is a definite plus. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, it's easily accessible by car, which was a huge convenience. The hotel itself has a sleek, industrial aesthetic with a stark black and white color scheme.
Inside, our room was perfectly functional—a tidy and comfortable space that was well-suited for a good night's sleep. The bed and mattress were excellent, and the room was spotlessly clean. It came equipped with all the standard amenities, including a mini-bar, though the bathroom was on the small side. The service, particularly from the reception staff, was a high point. When our travel plans were thrown into chaos by a canceled boat, they were incredibly accommodating. They not only held our reservation for an extra night but also left an emergency contact number so we could check in early the next morning. This was a genuinely kind and thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. However, one odd detail left a sour taste. Our booking included breakfast, but we were surprised to learn that a simple cappuccino was not part of the package and came at an extra cost. This felt strange and unexpected, especially since it wasn't mentioned in the original booking terms.
Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but it lacks the unique charm or special touch that would make it stand out as a boutique experience. It's a reliable choice for a simple, no-frills stay, but it didn't leave a lasting impression. The photos on their page could be closer to reality if we’re not taken with wide...

The hotel's brand-new and tastefully designed interior immediately set the tone for a luxurious and memorable vacation. From the moment we arrived, the staff's super friendly and helpful demeanor made us feel right at home.
Each morning, we looked forward to the great breakfast spread that was not only delicious but also offered a wonderful variety of options to suit different tastes. And let's not forget the incredible swimming pool – the view overlooking Mykonos city and the old harbor was truly awe-inspiring. Whether we were basking in the sun or gazing out at the stunning vista, the pool area quickly became our favorite spot to unwind and relax.
The convenience of the valet parking service right across from the hotel was a game-changer, making our explorations of Mykonos hassle-free and enjoyable.
