George&Alexandra's Apartment — Hotel in Municipality of Rhodes

I was met by the owner at night after the taxi drove as far as it was allowed into the old City by the newly painted mosque. Are bags were put on the back of the moped and my son and I followed on foot.||||We turned down a smaller street and then a deadend alley way. Worrying you might think but far from it the apartment was on the ground floor and was decorated in great detail for a couple. My son took the pillowewd bed and I took the sofa bed.||||As it was winter we could heat with the air-conditioning but did not need it. All the facilities were fine and the welcome food items helped greatly as the next day was Sunday and as we discovered the old city did not start opening up to the following week. However, on monday we found a small corner shop which provided all the food items we needed and it was not far to the port and the town there for food and coffee.||||The room also had a Netflix account which was useful with a teenage son in the evenings.||||I would highly recommend the property and the owner came by most mornings to check if we need anythig and on our last day took us to the airport.||||April To September is the main season and I would come again in June or September (not...

If I could give this lovely place more than 5 stars I absolutely would!! The apartment is down a beautiful quiet little street in the old town, away from the hustle and bustle. The building itself is magical, it really feels like your in medieval Greece! My room was beautiful, tastefully decorated and very well equipped! ( washing machine, netflix soaps, shampoos etc) The owners George and Alexandra even stocked up my fridge with eggs, cheese, bread, water and a lovely bottle of wine!) On the top floor theres a pretty little roof terrace that boasts amazing views of the city too! The hospitality here is brilliant, George and Alexandra were so lovely and made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. As a solo traveller I felt so safe here, knowing I could contact the owners if I ever had any issues. George picked me up from the gate of the old town and even booked my taxi to the airport for my flight home. Absolutely cannot reccomend this place enough! Stayed at George and Alexandra's apartment for 11 nights with my husband.|Stayed in the patio apartment, absolutely beautiful apartment. Most comfy bed with beautiful bedding. |Alexandra's has decorated the apartment to excellent standard. The patio area has beautiful plants and we sat out there many times.|The apartment is situated in the old town and has a magical feeling.|There is plenty to do, we did a boat trip to lindos and symi, wonderful.|Illie beach about 10 mins walk was amazing.|Alexandra and george are fantastic hosts and are always on hand to help and advise.|They provided us with essentials such as tea, coffee, bread and eggs.|Alexandra took us to Anthony Quinn bay, again beautiful with fantastic views.|This is one of the best holidays I've had and will certainly be coming again.|Big thankyou Alexandr and George |From Catherine...
