Definitely perfect place for living the Selanik. Okey, it is little noisy but you are in the heart of the town. If you don't want to go out no problem the house has good atmosphere for all. And finally, house owner Stelios, he is the best and kind person. Thank for everything.

Appartamento moderno con tutti i confort disponibili, veramente bello nonostante la grandezza. Situato in una posizione centrale con vari locali disponibili nelle vicinanze. Comunicazioni per il check-in tramite whatsapp, cordiali e disponibili. Unica nota negativa, l'appartamento è posizionato sopra una discoteca, e nel weekend fanno festa fino a tardi. Per noi non è stato un grande problema, ma magari se hai il sonno leggero o hai bambini non è proprio il massimo. Se soggiornate durante la settimana invece è super, non c'è problema.

The studio apartment is modern and beautiful. The location is very convenient if you like to go out for dinner or bars.

Why two stars? Because we stayed over a long weekend. The apartment is above a club and on weekend nights this club plays loud electronic music until 6am. The apartment provides earplugs and the windows are insulated fine, but the problem is the bass: it is so loud and strong that literally the windows were rattling. I actually mean literally. You can feel the bass in the walls and in your body. I am not a light sleeper by any means and I can sleep through most noises, but the intensity of this sound system makes it impossible to properly sleep there. On weeknights, the...

Location,although its not far from the center,there is a night club in the same alley,and its extremely noisy till 6am.If you are a light sleeper,this is not for you. The elevator breaks some time. Anyway the apartment is modern and nice. But be sure you have the correct address.On booking its the address...
