The restaurant looked nice at first glance. We chose this place because our guide recommended it to us. But to everyone who choses a restaurant based of Google Maps I really wouldn't advise a visit of this place. We've had Bougiordi-Pies, Mashed eggplants, the Lamb-Pork Kebab, the "Traditional" minced beef and the Burger. The Bougiordi-Pies were quite well made. 5.5/10 The Mashed Eggplants were good. 7/10 The meat dishes although we're terrible. We've had the impression that the first time the meat has seen fresh air was at our plate. The taste and consistency of the meat were disgusting. But the buns of the burger were tasty. 0/10 The interior was okay. But the toilet was dirty. The staff wasn't very attentive and they didn't care about our complaints. We've had the Impression that they don't know their own menu. All in all I'd recommend this...
Read moreDisappointing. We arrived from Alexandroupoli where restaurants spoiled us with delicious food. This was our first stop in Thessaloniki and expectations were high. Especially because we knew this place, we visited this restaurant few years ago. Pasta with shrimps was very “al dente” and those 4!!! small shrimps were looking poor. Mushrooms with olive oil, garlic and parsley came without garlic or garlic flavor, without parsley and with very sour sauce. Meatballs with potato were ok, but nothing exceptional and cheese saganaki was fine. But “ok” and “fine” it’s not what you are expecting from this place and with this price. For the first time in Greece we paid for water 2€. Usually water coming for free to the table. And also 3 dry buns of bread costs us 4,5€. Don’t go there. There are much more places where you can get...
Read moreLovely restaurant in the city centre. It was the first restaurant I went to, as soon as I landed in Thessaloniki - and my favourite so far! The food was out of this world. I had the zithos eggplant, the souvlaki, and the Greek platter (outstanding). I have never been so in love with a restaurant like this - I enjoyed every little bite. A shout-out to the man who served us - I don't know his name, but he has long hair (in a ponytail as far as I remember). The service provided by him was 10/10, and he walked us through the menu, advising on the best options for someone new to Greek food. I went to this restaurant a second time and tried the mousaka, which was delicious. Sad to leave Thessaloniki and Greek food behind - but this restaurant made my trip an even better experience. Keep up the good...
