I found this gem via my travel agent, he gave me four choices in Fira and I|took my chance on Neo Suites. I was BEYOND satisfied with my choice. Before I |even arrived Ms. Penelope messaged me via Whatsapp to make sure my flight |was on time and to make sure I had transportation to the hotel from the airport.|We had already secured that but I thought it was great that she messaged and |offered to arrange. When we arrived we were greeted by Stella whom checked us |in and gave us a run down of the island and directions into the city center.|Our suite was compact but nice. of course everything was whitewashed, the bedroom|was up stairs and bathroom and quaint sitting area, fridge and such just next to the bathroom which boasted a rain shower and a window that looked out to our plunge pool. The patio had a view of the aagean sea, a large cushion for laying out and of course the plunge pool...(think of a large, slightly deeper square jazuzzi) all enclosed and private but the view was still there. The location is WONDERFUL you are literally in |the city center after walking 5 mins. The town has lots of options for food, shopping, photos, clubs and people watching. Every place takes credit cards so if you don't want to keep track of money, that is the best option. DO NOT MISS OUT ON BREAKFAST!! I did not get the Chef's name but EVERYDAY is something special. The fresh omelette's, fresh juice, iced coffee and everything else is AMAZING...SERIOUSLY! We had pool service from Fanos and room service from Catina (Hope that is right) and they were so pleasant and quick. ||Now to the standout there, Ms. Maria. She was a consistent ray of sunshine during our stay!! She was ALWAYS available to answer our stupid American questions, gave us warm greetings and she is quite humorous too!!. Maria even booked us a SUPER LAST MINUTE (like an hour and a half before) sunset cruise and it was AMAZING. She is the epitome of Greek hospitality. We actually looked forward to seeing her each day. Maria even made us aware of the ferry being cancelled the day we were to leave when the ferry company did not reach out and let us know. We were so grateful...especially because it meant to stay another day and enjoy more of her signature iced coffee's that she makes with love :) Ms. Maria we will never forget you or your smile!! I will post up the picture I took of you and Trey in this review :)||I admonish travelers...especially the American travelers to TIP OUT ALL THE STAFF PERSONALLY if they have given you wonderful service. We tip in the U.S. because its customary and expected, most of the time it is rarely deserved. In Greece, gratuities are not requested in a majority of places but the people of the island treat you with warmness and with a desire to make YOUR VACATION the best experience possible...so please give them something they won't expect when you depart.||I WOULD STAY AT NEO SUITES AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.||Thank you for making the Santorini portion of our trip a...
Read moreI had the pleasure of staying at this magnificent boutique hotel in Fira, Santorini, and I must say, it was an absolute dream come true! From the moment we arrived until the time we reluctantly checked out, every aspect of our stay was nothing short of perfection. This place truly deserves every one of its five stars and more.
From the warm welcome we received upon arrival to the attentive service throughout our stay, the staff members were simply outstanding. Their genuine warmth, friendliness, and eagerness to ensure our comfort and satisfaction were truly heartwarming. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, providing valuable local insights and recommendations. One of the staff members, named Fivos, stands out for being exceptionally helpful and goes above and beyond to assist guests.
The morning spread at this villa was also delightful. The interior of the room was tastefully designed, it also features a private heated pool, adding an extra touch of luxury to your stay.
Aside from the impeccable hospitality and breathtaking interiors, the hotel’s location was also superb. We were 2mins walk to the town centre and 5 mins walk to the bus station. Despite its proximity to the city center, the surrounding area of this location is peaceful and quiet.
If you're looking for a luxurious retreat with impeccable service in Santorini, look no further. This hotel will exceed your highest expectations. We can't wait to return and create more cherished memories in this...

Location was fantastic, only a 3 minute walk from Fira main Square & 5 mins to the Caldera. 5 mins drive from the airport, so very convenient.||Hotel is very new, as it only opened a few months ago, so doesn’t have many reviews yet, but I’m glad we took a chance and booked here. Staff are all so kind and helpful and always available on WhatsApp to assist with any queries or assistance you may need.||Rooms lovely & although quite small, they have plenty of storage & are decorated lovely with a very modern design. Each suite has a private outdoor hot tub & seating area which is a really lovely addition.||Lovely fluffy towels and spa slippers provided. The Nespresso machine was a wonderful addition, and we took our own pods - two are provided each day free of charge.||Cleaning - the cleaner was absolutely lovely & cleaned the room to very high standard every day. ||Breakfast was lovely.
