TERRIBLE. They don't have any staff members there, managing everything via WhatsApp, and poorly. Before the trip they sent me almost 30 messages, with the information scattered; then I asked them for clarification about the location concerning the train station and they told me to Google it!!! Unbelievable. I told them that I would be arriving by 12:30 AM, and once I got there I couldn't get in. They would not answer the phone, nobody at the property... I had to wait for 1 hour for someone to leave the premises so that I could get in. The next morning I woke up with a message (at 7:00 AM) asking me if I was able to get it... Unreal. The entrance is as dark as a dungeon, and the automatic lights in the rest of the place switch off in 10 seconds! Of course, there is NO elevator. The rooms are dirty, and full of dust and mold. The bathroom has black mold everywhere (look at the pictures). The messages they send are pre-setted, so if you ask something different they either don't understand or directly they lie to you. They forgot the shampoo, I texted them and they asked me to wait for 1 hour to deliver it to me. After 1.5 hours I asked again and they told me that it would be delivered the following day!!!! The rooms are cold and the window seals are not correct, so you will be cold and it will be noisy as soon as a car (or some people partying) passes by. When I asked about the air conditioning (for heating) they said that it didn't work, and they would try to switch on the heating remotely. It takes hours to heat a single room with their system... WiFi simply doesn't work. They provided me with 3 networks that have no signal in the room, and when I asked about another one with a signal, they requested me to send a picture of the networks!!! I used one of the other passwords and it worked, but it is slower than 2G and it breaks every 5 minutes. The worst thing is that I asked if there would be a safe place where to leave my baggage after the check-out, and they said yes. BUT, BUT, BUT! What they don't say is that it is a room without a lock and no security. I left some of my belongings there and when I came back to get them, someone forced the lock on my suitcase and stole some things. I could keep going, but it is not worth it. Avoid the place at all costs.

There were places that cost less money than this one, but we chose this one specifically because under amenities (the things that come included/free with the room) it said PARKING. Once we arrived, we were surprised to find out that there is only street parking that was full and you have to pay for it, and you can pay for a maximum of 3 hours. When we asked about parking, they told us that we should find a private parking lot that costs from 25 euros and more per day, and they told us that the street parking is free after 10 p.m. on Friday until 8 a.m. on Monday. So we paid for private parking from Tuesday until Friday, and then on Saturday, we parked on street parking only to receive a parking ticket because the government of Hungary decided that that particular Saturday would be a working day and that parking would be charged without any sign on the street or notice from the hotel. So we ended up paying more for parking than the actual hotel. Also, Agoda removed our review to protect themselves and scam more people. Avoid it.

It was terrible. Don’t go! We had booked the hotel a few days in advance and what we were met with did not live up to our expectations! Guy contacted me on WhatsApp with the useful info but the reception was completely empty and dark so we had nowhere to get help. They didn’t follow the law as to check our passports but only asked for a picture via email which we didn’t send because it’s not safe. The room was dirty. Dust on the table. There were no sheets on the bed and the pillows had yellow stains. It smelled horrible. It didn’t seem like there were any other people in the hotel other than us. There were ikea bags full of dirty sheets and garbage just lying around on the stairs and in the hallways. The sketchiest place I have ever visited! We made the choice to leave immediately and find somewhere else as we didn’t feel safe at all! So glad we didn’t stay!

Very terrible experience here. First, the room has very very poor sound proofing, not only can you hear the endless noise from the street, you can also hear clearly people opening the doors , talking or walking on the corridor. I booked four nights there and not a single night could i sleep well. Second, the AC gave both me and my partner sickness, i felt like the AC hasn't been cleaned for decades. To avoid further sickness, we had to turn off the AC, but the the room was too warm. We couldn't keep the windom open either because it was simply too loud outside, we could barely hear each other talk when the window is open. Imagine, after a full day's walking around with crowdes of tourists, all i needed was a okay room where i can chill in peace and quiet but the room was no better than outside. Third, the service doesn't exist at all. I contacted the customer service aftert he first no-sleep night, asking them if they can switch me to a room that is slightly quieter. They said there is nothing they can do about it. I personally feel like their working principle is that now that we have taken money from you and no way you can take your money back we don't really care about your stay there anymore. The customer service responses are AI-style diplomatic figures of speech such as " we are contacting...we are trying to resolve this...." but no solution or result ever come out from their "trying". By the time i checked out, they were still " we will check our availability and get back to you". The most terrible hotel i have ever stayed in. Thanks to their...

I reserved a room using Agoda app. There it says under ROOM AMENITIES: parking lot. As someone who has bachelor degree in hotel management I am writing here that if there is street parking or no parking at all - that is not an amenity. Also, just google amenity and check what it actually means. I paid more for this exact place and room just because it had parking, and then to arrive and find out there is no parking!?!?? I had to look for the reasonable priced parking next 5 hours instead to spend my time enjoying the city. The owner recommended a parking close to the building we were staying at, but for the price of 27e per day (costs almost as the room itself). Then the owner said it was okay to park the car at the street during the weekends. We did so. It turned out Saturday, 3rd August, was the working day, instead of Monday, 19th August, and which is a non-working day, and ofc we had no idea about this, and we ended up with a parking ticket or HUF 10200.. All together: Terrible experience.. We stayed 6 days (5nights) - towels were not changed, the room was...
