OYO Hotel Padmini Near Lakdikapool Metro Station — Hotel in Hyderabad

We booked through mmt and visited the hotel after payment is done and room is booked successfully. Upon reaching hotel it looked so bad, smelling like bhoot bungalow, the receptionist said there is no vacancy and tried to charge extra money as it's a online booking. When we questioned back why rooms are visible online and what about the payment, he arrogantly said to wait so he can check if any room is vacant. He immediately in 1-2 mins called boy and gave room keys which have two separate beds through we booked one single bed. We went to the room as it's late already, on the way what we found out is hotel is dirty and all rooms are vacant in this so called bhoot bungalow. The receptionist is just bluffing to rent rooms for more money. Room looks so bad, no proper amenities, no soap, no towel, no neatness, blankets, pillow covers are not washed from one year, full of dirt. Special mention to bathrooms which are smelling so bad, my wife and kids were not ready to go inside bathroom, when I asked receptionist he was bluffing again that bathrooms are neat, clean and no smell at all. I cleaned myself the whole bathroom until the smell is gone. Receptionist is a big fraud of lakdikapul, hotel is a big mess and bhoot bungalow, it's waste going there.
