Review for Hotel Gulshan Inn A Perfect Stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gulshan Inn, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The moment I walked into the room, I was greeted with a beautifully designed space that was both elegant and comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean, with fresh linens, plush pillows, and a cozy bed that ensured a great night’s sleep.

The attention to detail was impeccable – from the soft lighting to the well-stocked minibar and complimentary amenities. The bathroom was luxurious, featuring a spacious shower with excellent water pressure, high-quality toiletries, and fluffy towels that made the experience feel like a spa retreat.

One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from the window, which added an extra layer of relaxation to the experience. The room was also incredibly quiet, allowing for uninterrupted rest after a long day of exploring.

Booked the Hotel through OYO. Payment was made online as per directions of the service guy at OYO service number which I was directed to while looking for the contact number of the hotel. Upon reaching the hotel there was no confirmation of the payment. Spoke with the OYO service in front of the Hotel Receptionist, this time 5th guy had pick up the call and he was another specimen who didn't knew how to assess the situation. Hotel receptionist said that payment was not to be made to OYO and we should have come to the hotel. When I mentioned that I want to do a fresh booking sadly accepting the money lost to OYO , the receptionist said that I need to cancel the previous booking made on someone else's name. We said you can make fresh booking on a different memeber name but he refused to do so. Poor service of the hotel as when he was asked to clear the confusion with OYO staff he said there's no means of contact with the company. Sad to know that hotel is registered with OYO yet there's no means of communication between the two and the customer...
