Hotel Grand Galaxy - T Nagar — Hotel in Zone 10 Kodambakkam

I have rated 1 only for the communication and rude behavior of the reception staff. Rooms , cleanliness, Housekeeping staff all are very good and polite. My main concern is I hv booked 2 double ac rooms paying 5854/-. On check in they said they have only 1 room rest are all booked and refunded us the 2400/- and we all 4 had to adjust in a single room. I cannot understand how after booking through MMT making full payment how can they reject us for the room. You cannot imagine the behavior of the reception staff. As if they have no fault and we have to adjust with them. Very unhappy and dissatisfied with this booking. Being in a service industry they should have empathy . They only stick to their words and don't have any concern for the customer. Moreover we extended our stay for the next day. I informed them before 24hrs, they confirmed me the same and next morning they called up to say no rooms are available and we have to checkout. In no time we had to check out and move to another hotel. Very very worst management. I donot...

Where do i start with.. !! worst experience, very poor.. the rooms were shabby with paints coming off the wall and holes in some area.. The staffs were not transparent with the pricing and they were demanding payment for an extra day which did not make sense with me. The manager Mr.Krishnamoothy said that he is not bothered if the customer has to face the consequences of paying out of their pocket. The communication wasn't clear.. the staffs had different views about the check in and check out times which resulted in extra money being demanded.. end of the day trying to make more money for the business. the food was average.. but a big NO for anyone to stay.. there are other better places to stay in the area,...

Worst experience ever they committed some other rooms at the time of booking and given other room Basic ammenties were completely missing (bathroom slipper, hand wash for wash basin, dental kit and etc)

I wanted the invoice along with GST to claim GST benefit they denied and also till now i have not got any support from goibibo Now they said they don't have GST hence they can't give invoice along with GST Then i asked to provide the invoice without GST, but still it is not received It is been more then 10 days but no solution received

Don't book this property it is filled with complete fraudsters...
