Excellent service! 👍🏼⭐

When I first arrived hotel, I was approached by security guard with very friendly service minded behaviour. He also helped me with my luggage without asking. Made me feel good to enter premises right away.

Reception was professional nothing bad to say, they were always trying to help me with all my requests.

Breakfast staff was exceptional, always looking after the area to make sure it's clean and well taken care of. I was a bit late one day to breakfast about 5-minutes, they made sure I got some food in my belly😊 Awesome guest focused attitude.

Cleaning staff was also good, I never asked cleaning, but they offered me that. One day they tried to enter my room without knocking, luckily I was safety lock on, because I was still in bed. I wish they have better signs for door to let staff know if there is no cleaning required. I couldn't find the sign myself.

Internet speed was a bit low too at times, maybe would be good if they provide ability for people to be connected to the internet with a wire so higher speeds could be achieved for remote workers who require high speeds.

Small exercise area/gym would also be good to have in hotel. Would surely benefit it. Maybe just some dumbells and 1-2 cardiomachines.

Bed is comfy many pillows (too many for me, but can always remove no problem) Aircon cool and quiet.

Staff is surely highlight of the hotel. I had great time and surely would trust this hotel.

Good and strategic location. Cozy room but I got an unpleasant view (view pojok gedung parkir), asked for move room but hotel can't provide (it's okay I totally get it, maybe they were fully booked). My husband's window car was pulled down by vallet parking officer without can be pulled up, and it was heavy rain that night and because the window could not closed properly, the car was wet inside. And it was unpleasant but we totally understand maybe there was problem with the electricity. But 1 thing that make us wondering enough is , we requested for a bowl and a spoon but the staff asked us to get it by ourselves at the restaurant. This is ridiculous, they think they don't need to do extraordinary service to the guest I guess. But overall the hotel is nice,luxurious and cozy for budget hotel. Pros: location Cons: 1 - Wasted 1.5 hours with the front desk staff. I booked a room and they gave me another. Trying to resolve the issue they try to put me on a smoking floor, but non smoking room. They haven't heard of second hand smoke! They then tried another room with street noise because the window doesn't shut properly. Finally a decent room is found after. They confirm it will be available during the remainder of week so I don't need to switch again. 2 - Wasted 1.5 hours with the front desk again. When I get back to the hotel at night my room access card doesn't work. Then I'm told that I need to switch rooms and the staff confirm that my stuff had been moved out of the room.
