Hi. My name is Peter, from Australia. I went to Senggol Truntum Kuta recently for a meal to their nightly outdoor restaurant. Dipa served me and took my order even though I am not familiar with Balinese food but he explained the menu easily. Dipa was very busy but still provided friendly, excellent service. I noticed he was patient with other demanding customers. His English is good. He is well groomed, patient and professional. Dipa will be a very good asset to any hotel he chooses to work in. We decided to have the Buffet thinking it included everything, how wrong we was. The buffet consists of noodles, rice, chicken soup, corn, omelette and chicken. All of which was incredibly dry and bland (apart from the soup that was really nice) we wasn’t informed upon a arrival that is all that was involved.
