Kamar Suci House — Hotel in Pulau Bali

At first glance, the room seemed simple but perfectly fine and pleasant on the pictures!! However, when I arrived, it was dirty — the bed was very dusty, not just a little. Cleaning was done quickly and carelessly, probably just before I arrived, which is unacceptable. On top of that, the photos are misleading and do not reflect the reality of the place.

There was no soap provided, the rug was disgusting, and the chandelier at the entrance was covered in cobwebs. However, the mattress was comfortable. Still, I honestly found the overall experience disgraceful. I absolutely do not...

Carefully pick your room. Hosts are amazing and in the center of Ubud yet away from noise and exhaust smells.

Different amenities sold as the same AC’d room. Mattress way to old and dirty while linens are a ripped sheet to cover the matteess and a blanket neither covered nor washed between guests in the non-AC’d room.

For the price, it’s probably still great value, but I would think hard of coming...
