What can I add to the glowing reviews already given for this wonderful B&B! The views are as amazing as everyone has said before; Costanzo and the staff are as helpful as everyone has said and we had a fabulous five nights stay. ||This is a small but perfectly formed B&B with only four rooms allowing eight guests in total. This meant that the B&B was very peaceful and breakfasts became a relaxing time to chat to other guests and talk about our trips around the Island. The small and intimate style of this B&B made it a perfect venue for friendly chats, best whilst watching the incredible sunsets. ||We stayed in the Grotta Azzurra room which whilst quite small, was perfectly comfortable with air conditioning and outside patio. There is an area of Sun loungers where you can relax just below the pool, which was a bit chilly but fine for a hot day! A continental breakfast was served outside on the same level as the rooms, which was basic but the continuous coffee was very welcome and the fresh croissants was delicious.||The views from our room were amazing, but there has to be a trade off and that is the 300 or so steps up Monte Solaro to the B&B. However, do not be put off. Firstly the steps are not as bad as they may sound and there are a few good spots on the way up to stop and take in the view. Secondly, Costanzo and his brother were always willing to give us a lift in the 4x4 after a night out. Costanzo also picked us up from the bus terminal when we arrived and dropped us back there when we left.||In summary, we had a wonderful five nights at this lovely B&B and thank Costanzo, his brother and all the staff for making our stay...
Read moreWonderful place. Peaceful, relaxing, clean. Great views over western part of Capri, so you can enjoy lovely sunsets. Be warned, it's on a VERY steep hill (hence the great views) but the owner is always ready to pick you up or take you down to the flat ground in his 4x4 jeep. So the hill is not a problem. The rest of Anacapri is flat and very walkable, with lots of little shops, great restaurants, and a few banks where you can withdraw cash without being charged a small fortune. 100% recommend. ||Breakfast is "continental" but food shops are all over the place. Remember to buy a few nibbles for the evening if you've had enough of dining out. ||Bathrooms are good, with big showers. Beds really comfortable and we all slept like logs. ||If you're using the chair-lift to go up to the summit, wrap up warm. It's much colder on the summit than down in the town. We saw people going up in shorts and flip-flops, and when they came down their teeth were chattering. The restaurant at the top is also quite exposed, so not much shelter up there. ||But don't let the hill put you off. We never walked it once. Owner was always there to give us a lift up. ...
Read moreMe and my partner had a wonderful time at the B&B, Costanzo and his family are such super hosts! It was my partner’s birthday and they helped me with everything I needed to make our stay as smooth as possible as I was trying to surprise him!||When we arrived to Anacapri, Costanzo picked us up down the hill from the b&b but if you are planning to go out to the town (about 10min walk there) be prepared for the steep walk (as you see in the pictures). We didn’t mind this at all as everything else was worth it! The view is breathtaking and you can watch the (best) sunset from the pool! We definitely recommend it! Many thanks for everything! ||Many thanks as well to the lovely staff at Crema Caffe (where I got the birthday cake) who were all so lovely and to Vincenzo (Capri rent a scooter - you can find it on Google maps) who we rented a scooter for the day for a great price and brand new and he was super helpful! - this were all Costanzo recommendations so if you need anything...
