To get the worst out of the way: They tried to sell chicken breast as duck breast.

Ordered duck breast in orange sauce, received chicken breast in orange sauce. When asked about this they could only say that "something went wrong", and why they would cook and serve such a dish that was never on the menu (as far as I remember, there was no chicken breast at all on the menu) they couldn't explain. Any sort of apology was of course also out of the question.

Oh well, after pointing this out I eventually got a small portion of actual duck breast, which was cooked okay but unfortunately served with the same orange sauce as before which was extremely salty. Apart from duck (or chicken) and sauce the dish comes with "homemade Schupfnudeln", which tasted no better or worse than the ones I can eat at my work restaurant for three euros.

Asking why they served chicken as duck was apparently not popular with the staff, since after having paid and trying to leave we were approached by another waiter who apparently talked to our waitress and now (in his most aggressive tone) wanted me to admit that I got the correct food in the end and therefore shouldn't complain or ask questions.

At this point other people had also started to receive their food. We saw at least two more plates being sent back, and several others eating slowly with disappointed faces.

To say anything positive about this place, the wine and starters are quite nice, and the fish my girlfriend ordered was...

My family and I came here for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon. We were seated quickly, however the hostess decided to sit us at the same table with couple whom we did not know. Not a big issue for us, but strange nonetheless. The main menu was small, consisting of approximately 10 options, while a pizza menu was also available. The service was slow, unfriendly, and below the level that we expected. We were clearly being treated as a lesser priority compared to the German and Italian speaking customers. As far as the food, my children shared a Margherita pizza which was average at best, my wife order the spaghetti which consisted of speck and a white cream sauce. The spaghetti was good, but the portion was small. I ordered the canederli and it was awful; odd tasting and undercooked, even raw. To top it all off, a meal that would have cost €35-40 elsewhere,...

TRAPPOLA PER TURISTI CAFONI E PURE LADRI

8 dicembre 2023 Pranzo. Entriamo in tre (due adulti e una bambina) ci fanno aspettare qualche minuto per sederci nonostante numerosi tavoli vuoti e non segnati come "riservati". Vabbeh.

Dopo poco ci accompagnano frettolosamente al tavolo e non ancora seduti ci viene subito chiesto se volessimo dell'acqua (è l'8 dicembre fuori ci sono i mercatini è comprensibile possano avere fretta penso.

Dopo nemmeno 5 minuti ci viene chiesta per la prima volta l'ordinazione (su tre commensali due non erano al tavolo) chiediamo arrivino gli altri due. La cameriera torna scocciata dopo 1 minuto e ordiniamo.

Dopo nemmeno 5 minuti i piatti ordinati erano sul tavolo (velocità inquietante per un ristorante pieno per più della metà e per l'ordine effettuato) Eccoli in tutto l loro orrore:

2 piatti di canederli con decorazione di prezzemolo riccio e ottavo di pomodoro con spruzzata abbondante di erba cipollina 1 piatto di Gnocchetti di spinaci speck e panna con la medesima decorazione elencata per i canederli. L'amore non è di casa... vabbeh

Passiamo al gusto: Canederli duri e gommosi nello stesso tempo, navigavano nel burro fuso (non nocciola) e il parmigiano l'avevano visto forse con il binocolo (ai voti non supera un 4)

Piatto di gnocchetti sciapo e freddo (evidentemente si erano dimenticati di saldarlo al microonde) e con la panna talmente liquida e gli gnocchetti talmente piccoli che se li presentavano come fregola di spinaci in guazzetto di latte erano più onesti. ( se si può dire inclassificabile ai voti è gia troppo alto) Ah si... c'era anche lo speck...però lo abbiamo dimenticato.

Passiamo al "dis-servizio"

Ciliegina sulla torta dopo aver "mangiato" in meno di 20 minuti abbiamo chiesto il conto "per pagare in carta bisogna andare in cassa" e 👌 ci andiamo.

Avevamo bisogno di dividere il conto sulla base di quello che è stato ordinato e non a metà e mi sono permessa di chiederlo gentilmente.

La risposta del cameriere con tanto di lancio dello scontrino con la modica cifra di 54 euro verso di me è stata: "NO NO E LE DIRÒ DI PIÙ, QUESTO È IL SUO SCONTRINO" spiazzata da cotanta arroganza nei confronti di clienti paganti, lo ringrazio per la cortesia dimostrata e lui mi risponde "prego". Paghiamo in due transazioni con due carte di credito stiamo uscendo e lui rincara con un "grazie per il complimento"

La mia idea di ristorazione ( da ristoratrice) è ben diversa.
