IPANEMA. It’s the WORST HOTEL ever I experienced. ||Though I’ve already booked and paid all cost, I couldn’t stayed IPANEMA, just because manager go back to home before we check in. ||It says “24hr front desk” on hotels.com detailed information. But it’s not true. They lied to customer.||||When we arrived Napoli station with 13hrs long flight, it was 10PM. ||We went to IPANEMA, but nobody answers because manager went back to home. ||After many complications, we called with the manager, but nothing changed. ||He just repeated I CAN’T GO BACK TO IPANEMA. IT’S ALREADY CLOSED.||||I wandered dark and strange street to find new hotel for my 1st night in Italy. ||I lost my money, time, energy, romance of travel…. everything because IPANEMA.||||I need get refund all cost I paid and compensation I damaged. Worst hotel ever. ||And everybody keep notice.||IPANEMA, they’re not 24hr opened....

Rooms are clean, but ventilation is bad (air conditioning works fine)||6. The owner does not speak anything but Italian and the very basic English||7.
