I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!!!! I didn't even expect it to be so good! My trip was for 2 and a half days and 2 nights, it doesn’t seem like much, and in addition to all the attractions, it’s also important to have a place where you need to sleep, rest, take a shower and, with renewed vigor, set off to explore Rome further. Having read a lot of very bad reviews of hotels that my budget allowed me to book, I, by the will of fate, found this wonderful, cozy place. The location is perfect, safe, not near the road, and it’s not Termini station which is not safe at all, even though to get to the station will take 15 minutes by walking. For me was very important to choose the place close to the main attraction - the Colosseum (19 minutes walking). Whatever route you choose to start your day, you will certainly see it on your way. Wherever you plan to go, you don’t even need to use public transport, you can walk through the beautiful streets of Rome within walking distance. On every meter near the hotel there are the most cozy Italian restaurants, coffee shops with excellent pastries and pizza places, and the supermarket. And believe me, Aurora, the receptionist, will recommend you such delicious Italian restaurants that you will not want to eat anywhere else, but only there - 5 minutes from the hotel on the way back after a whole day of traveling around this beautiful city. And so I want to say, special thanks to these good people who work here - Aurora and Giuseppe - they are pleasant, kind, and will help with recommendations and with luggage that can be left after checkout. After such an attitude, I want to come back here again! Another important thing is to be a good person and treat other people with understanding. I was allowed to take a shower even after checkout, before leaving to the airport! You feel at home here. Customer service deserves special attention! The hotel is in the process of renovation, which will make it even more comfortable. I give it 10 out of 10!!!!! I will be glad if my review will...

We have stayed in Milan (1 week) and Florence (2 weeks) at this brands hotels for 3 weeks. Been satisfied with service and quality. This was a shock and disappointment. For 2 weeks. It's one floor in a building. Climb or small elevator to first floor. Old, small. Noisy doors with keys, very small shower stall, no bidet. Construction upstairs you could hear hammering at 8am. Unacceptable was NO hot water 24hrs. We had showers before 10pm in a city where people leave the hotel at 7/8pm to go out for dinner etc and return around 1- 3am. Our old TV needed 2 controls to turn on, screen was very small, and nothing in English. We never turned it on after one time. Small safe - not attached to anything. But safety issues were not a problem. Breakfast is small (not much space)and same daily. Good thing was you could get a coffee or tea anytime, which helped as it was cold outside. 24 hr.desk Staff very nice, and location is good, but lots of other hotels, restaurants next door and around the corners with same location. They plan to renovate in January 2024, but space is space. Hotel was usually full because only maybe 24 rooms. Most including Italians come for a day or two. Some rooms with shared baths. They do allow dogs. This is absolutely unsuitable for a long stay. We walked 15k to 20k steps daily to all the attractions. Via Nationale - main street- right around the corner. We thank the staff, but we would not return or recommend. Especially because of the hot water issue. Quality to our price ratio- not worth it. 2 seniors from Texas. Stayed Dec 1 -...

My recent stay at B&B HOTELS - Hotel Roma Italia Viminale exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and impeccable service. The hotel’s location, nestled in the heart of Rome near Viminale Hill, provided easy access to the city’s iconic attractions while offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling streets. The cleanliness of the room and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to excellence.

One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served each morning. The buffet offered a tempting array of freshly baked pastries, fruits, and savory options, providing the perfect start to the day. The attentive staff was always on hand to ensure that guests had everything they needed, further enhancing the dining experience.

Beyond the accommodations was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From offering insider tips on the best local restaurants to arranging transportation, they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. I cannot recommend B&B HOTELS - Hotel Roma Italia Viminale highly enough. Whether you are visiting Rome for business or leisure, this hotel provides the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I look forward to returning...

The location of this hotel and someone available 24/7 was the best part. Mostly everything else except for the terrible wifi was adequate. We booked the "Double or Twin Room" and you really don't want this size or smaller. This is an economy hotel and I booked the 2nd smallest room and that was my mistake as we barely had enough room to open up our luggage on the floor. While we could deal with the minimal room, the shower doors only opened halfway as one hit the sink and the other hit the toilet and you had to squeeze through to get into the shower (see picture). Also there was water guggling in the bathroom almost all the time. After the first night, Wifi in our room (#6) was unreachable for more than a couple minutes at a time. I had to move to the breakfast area to get wifi. The young gentleman on staff tried to be helpful but no luck. At checkout when I told the older gentleman I didn’t expect shower doors to hit toilet and sink with barely enough room to squeeze in, he said it’s a 2 star hotel. I didn’t realize access to the shower was based on the star rating. I suggest looking elsewhere or get a larger room and hope the wifi works.

I’ve never left a bad review before but there is a risk to your health here so I thought it was the right thing to do in this case. There was black mold in our room. Really really strong chemicals masked the smell so we didn’t notice right away but when the chemical smell faded we could smell the mold and both got stuffed noses and headaches. We both checked out feeling sick after sleeping on the moldy room. We feel better now that we have changed hotels. Overall it was dark and sad there. The staff were really nice though. We told the front desk about the mold and they were apologetic and nice about it but no compensation. I recommend to ask to see the room before you pay and make sure it not moldy. You might not smell it right away because they use really really intense perfume soap to clean. Basically if you walk in and get a headache after five minutes, like we did, there is probably mold somewhere. Be careful and take care of yourself. The moldy patch pictured is about a foot long.
