Paolina Roma — Local services in Rome

The sales associates were lovely in-store, however, the space is extremely small and crowded, I literally couldn't move. The stock at the charm bar was very low and I felt like I didn't have a good selection of charms to choose from, seems like they only fully stock in the summer. I ended up spending 187 euros and I bought a pair of earrings (which are sold in singles btw, kind of a rip-off) that were either not given to me or not packaged properly. When I got home, I noticed they were not in my Paolina bag and nowhere to be found in my purse (which I put my Paolina bag in). In store, the associates strictly spoke English and when I called the store (the number was impossible to find as they don't advertise it on their Instagram or Google) the woman said she didn't speak English. I had to blow up their Instagram DMs for a response and the customer service I received was horrible. They would not offer me a refund or replacement or do anything to help my situation, despite all of the money I spent in the store. I felt extremely dismissed and unvalued as a customer who had spent a lot of money and purchased 4 different items. I just threw 50 euros...

The staff was really friendly and nice, especially the owner and i believe the online content girlie? Im not sure? She helped me customise my jewellery and listen to me talk for 15 minutes straight without being annoyed at all 😅😂. The experience was truly amazing and having a souvenir worth cherishing and remembering my trip to Rome by is truly something else. I visited with my dad and they had plenty of space to accommodate him too while i chose what i wanted to put on my necklace. The jewellery is really high quality and the charms are the hardest to choose from. The prices are pretty reasonable and affordable which makes the place even better, they also have adorable merchandise including pocket mirrors, fans, tote bags and more. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in Rome and want something to look back to with a smile on your face. Or maybe a birthday treat that has a meaning you’ll know and forever remember by ❤️ Thank you for making my birthday holiday worth...

It is amazing here! I was so indecisive with whether I would get a necklace or permanent bracelet and they were so patient with me.

Also when I needed extra help they were able to assist me in choosing charms to make the combination of my necklace aesthetic.

I was upset that there wasn’t as many selection of charms for Italy when I went BUT they get new charms in every week, so if you’re not a tourist you can just visit again!

I am just in awe with the friendliness and patience of the staff. Also the fact you can have a good conversation and they want you to be happy with your purchase so they would love to help you!!

I am so happy with my necklace and I would love to add more charms to it when I can get more further down the track.

One thing I will say is that it can get crowded which can make it a little bit uncomfortable. But it is just so popular, you should pick the right times and also know that they will be moving to a bigger store very...
