Poor hotel management The hotel looks beautiful at reception, breakfast place and the green bar . That's it ! Beginning with the reception staff which doesn't really know what hospitality means , they don't know to value the guest , to make the guest happy and to solve issues . From the start they allocated me as family with one child , a room close to housekeeping office outside of the hotel which I have refused because I felt offended. They offered me a second room in the hotel this time , beautiful but full of mold at the window , and in the bathroom also the water was purring every after use . When I have informed the receptionist about the issues , he totally ignored the mold thing and he asked the manager what he can do without even apologising of something. I also have mentioned again that I cannot stay in a room where is mold as I am pregnant and I have also a 2 years old child with me . They offered me to change the room but next day as no availability. Next day they placed us in other room same floor, same problem with mood at the window , smaller than previous room. We booked triple room and because they probably doesn't have available another one they tried to clean the mold with some chemicals which had very strong smell , moved the table from the normal place and added an additional bed in the room . We could notice the trick because everything was placed just random. The room doesn't had any carpet and the floor was very dirty. In none of the days the housekeeping doesn't cleaned the floor as everytime when my child walked to the bathroom, his socks become very dirty and all the dust and dirt was coming to the bed. I will advise you to bring your own slippers as the hotel doesn't provide ones and hair conditioner .Also the bathroom was smelly even if we don’t used. We again went to reception to complain about those things and again they just counted that the room is small and the additional bed will be removed . Which never happened! We just been very tired to complain 3 days in a row and we feed up . I have been very disappointed about the hotel facilities and the staff, they don't even asked how was our stay or if we need something . Poor management and for sure we will not come back never there . I will give 2 stars to the hotel...

My stay at this hotel from September 4 to 9 was ruined from the very beginning. One evening, I returned to my room to find the floor flooded, and my belongings soaked due to a leak from the ceiling. Instead of being able to rest, I had to wait for a new room, which turned out to be in poor condition as well.
The next morning, when I approached the front desk, I was met with complete indifference and rudeness. Instead of an apology, the receptionist said, “So what? There’s water leaking. We gave you keys to another room. Don’t like it? Wait an hour for the manager.” Thanks, Fabio, for such “hospitality.” This attitude is absolutely unacceptable in a 4-star hotel.
When the manager finally arrived, he apologized and offered us a bigger room for free, as well as complimentary aperitifs for the entire day. We accepted, trying not to let it ruin our vacation. However, during check-out, we were shocked to see charges for the cocktails, which we were told would be complimentary for the whole day. When I questioned this, I was told the offer only included one free drink, not all. This was a nasty surprise, especially since both the bar staff and the waiters had informed us the cocktails were free for the day. The manager rudely insisted that his offer was for only one drink.
Eventually, he grudgingly instructed the staff to remove the charges, but that wasn’t the end. The bill also included charges for minibar items, which we hadn’t even touched! After more hassle, we had to wait again for the corrections.
To top it off, we spoke with other guests from the U.S. in the elevator, and they were equally shocked by the staff’s behavior, sharing their own stories of rudeness and lack of professionalism.
If you want to ruin your vacation, come to this hotel. First, your room will get flooded, then the staff will be rude, and while the manager may initially try to help, he will end up being rude as well and try to overcharge you. I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Read moreSo mix feelings. At first Hotel looked very nice, friendly staff. My room was upgraded from single 9m to normal standard room. Breakfast was great. There is also coffee and tea in the room, so you can drink smth in the evening. Location is just perfect - near metro and walk distance to main train station, colosseum and everything. Room is not cold, it is good for travelling in the winter, shampoo's smell is fantastic.
BUT. when I came back from walking in the city center at my second day I found out - there is no my phone charger in the room. Cable was with me because I use powerbank during walks, but I definitely remember that i left charger in the plug. It is for sure, I'm really careful with all my stuff. Firstly I searched for it everywhere 2-3 times, just to be sure, on the floor and all bags. Then I went to the reception. Receptionist took a note and said probably it was taken by mistake, and then in the morning they will talk with me again after talking with the cleaning staff. I was left with 11% on the phone. That was good that I at least had cable and powerbank. In the morning I checked out and asked about my situation. and I got my charger back (it was definitely mine, because I had some mark with color on it). And guy at the reception said that I probably forgot it on the bad, so it was found between the linens. I have a lot of questions to them. Why it was found between the linens AFTER I report about this? And I am not even asking how it went to the linens. Because I left it in the plug. Let's imagine that I am so clumsy that really forgot on the bed, how it was not seen with it big mark on it? It is not white, it is also hard, not soft, it could be easily seen. But was found just after my complain...
And what is more. I read other reviews about this hotel. There were other situations with stealing in 2014-2015 when hotel said that will pay for stolen things and then didn't reply to...
