Moki Japanese Restaurant — Restaurant in Rome

We went there in our holiday. We had a reservation and everything went well. We ordered mostly sushi and the sushi itself was very very good. But there are some things which could have been better. The menu and where we ordered was on a tablet.. That was pretty good.. But even when we changed languages the menu was still in italian so we had to use an extra translater to actually order. And because of that there was another sad thing because we ordered something I wanted to eat but in the end it was with tuna.. And I'm vegetarian..so I couldn't eat it(my gf ate it in the end). And the last thing wich was a bit unfortunate was that there is very few stuff I could eat as a vegetarian... The normal stuff like kappa Maki and avocado Maki were awesome.. But I could order much more than that.. At least for sushi. But for the whole experience it was pretty good and also very delicious... But a little bit complicated for vegetarians.. But...

The food was mediocre, mostly a “show” to make it look better than it is, and the customer service not good. They accidentally gave us someone else’s plate of food and the charged us for it. When we asked why they charged us for it they made a statement saying we should have let them know… but they don’t come to your table other than to drop off the food/ drinks that you order YOURSELF on a tablet. (And they hide prices) They were very irritated we asked them about it, but they said they would take it off. When we went to pay, they did take it off but then charged us a service fee in place of it. Our bill was over €120, so it wasn’t about the money, it was the principal of the action. They added a plate of food onto our bill when it was their mistake. I will not be eating here again, I will be letting everyone I know not to as well. HIGHLY disappointed in their...
