QT Suites & Apartments — Hotel in Rome

This place is a treasure in the city of Rome! I cannot recommend this place enough! We feel so lucky to have found Diego and his wonderful hotel during our travel to Rome. He was extremely communicative, helpful, caring, and attentive both before and during our stay. The location of this hotel is PERFECT - super close to all the sight seeing that Rome has to offer. We walked to everything from our hotel. There is also a subway station right next to the hotel in case we didn't want to walk. Our room was EXACTLY as described in the photos and narrative. In fact, I would have to say it was even BETTER! What made this place most special however was the personal touch. You can tell that Diego cares about his business and his customers. He put in extra effort to ensure that our stay was perfect. He even gave us his personal phone number and was available to us 24 hours a day. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic and customizable. The sheets and the towels were high quality. The windows did a very good job blocking the noise outside the apartment. The air conditioning was digital and worked well. All of the provided amenities were high quality and worked well. This place was just as nice as any 5-star hotel. The quality of stay was just as good, if not better due to his personal touch. Can’t say enough great things about this place! Location 5/5 right near the Spanish steps with many restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to from Roma Termini. Easy check in and check out process. Diego was extremely thoughtful and accommodating. He even surprised me with a cake the morning of my birthday which was the highlight of my day!

The rooms are beautifully decorated, modern, spacious, and clean. The attention to detail was appreciated. We did not opt for breakfast so I cannot comment on that. You must be out of the room at 10:30 AM if you want the room cleaned. We opted to forgo cleaning services for the length of our stay, and Diego personally delivered fresh towels for us in the mornings.

We stayed 3 nights, and we really had a good experience staying there. Before we arrived there, the owner has given me a lot of detailed explanation about how to get there by different transportation methods so that I can easily find the place from the airport. Upon arrival, inside the room, the owner provides a small hand book for tourists about where to eat, what to do in the city which is very useful and detailed for travelers! It has a great location (2 mins walk from Plaza España or 2 mins walk from train station of Spagna and Berini), well-decorated room, good environment ( full of sunshine, and quiet), nice and quick response from the owner whenever needed.
