De La Ville Spa — Local services in Rome

I paid for a 90 min massage and 1 hour spa in advance. Within 25 minutes of using spa at relaxation room all lights turned on I was told I would be alerted 10 minutes before close this was 35,minutes it felt like I was being kicked out as I was only one there before I even entered cleaning lady had entire floor went I felt like I was going to fall as I was already unbalanced after massage then there was no water they weee done for the day day I was extremely dehydrated and uneasy. Nore there are video cameras they are watching you in spa. When I entered one of the salt room the front desk lady told me only 20 min left ppl usually shower at this time. I was surprised as this still wasn’t 10 minutes before and found it strange as she clearly wanted me out. Few more minutes cleaning lady opens my door and all steam to wash despite me saying I paid for an hour. She didn’t seem to care at all. I went to front desk in my robe she seemed shocked that I had this experience as until I repeated myself all the room services were already turned off. Then she tried to give me free face product samples to make up for this. I was quite shocked to see why they even market the spa if they had planned to close just as my massages ended and why they even asked if I wanted an hour of spa. Even more surprising is that the lady is keeping a watch on you through cameras no privacy it felt like I was being watched and kicked out. Don’t go. This was frustrating times 100 my night was ruined and I was extremely dehydrated and felt like throwing up next few hours...

By far the best Spa in Rome down town! I have always been a frequent guest of the Hotel De Russie Spa (their sister hotel in Rome), but since Hotel de la Ville opened last May I have become a great fun of De la Ville Spa, that I consider of a higher level. Not just for its brand new, state of the art facilities, but especially because of the Spa staff, perfectly orchestrated by a super professional Spa Manager (Ana). I love the products they use, the atmosphere, the silence, the smell, all contributing to make it such a relaxing and great place to go for a couple of hours and escape the frenetic city...

This is the best spa ever. The professionalism, the orchestration, the body and facial treatment, the results, and the comfort. I am still in love. Must try!!! Must book!! Hotel-de-La Ville is the best in Rome/world. I used to stay in Hotel Russie, then, I stayed in this hotel because of their spa, food and the entire artistic ambience. Subtle and great. They are of higher level in every way. I hope they can keep the staff happy and keep this...
