I was disappointed with my stay. There was no staff available to address any issues, except someone collecting the city tax—seemingly the only priority. The place can be extremely noisy due to heavy doors and disruptive guests, with no apparent management control over this. The heater wasn’t working, and accessing the room was overly complicated. This is a very old building, and you have to expect that. Mr. Hakim , waited for us outside the gate and was very helpful from the beginning to the end.

La camera era grande, ma i riscaldamenti spenti e non c'era neanche l'aria calda, sono letteralmente morta di freddo. Nonostante la posizione comoda vicino la stazione termini, non ci avrei passato più di una notte. L'ascensore era sporco e le camere si trovano al quinto piano; il bagno anche, enorme ma alcuni dettagli della doccia erano sporchi di muffa etc. Sul comodino c'era la polvere e in dotazione non c'era neanche una coperta in più quindi ho dormito al freddo. Se vi serve un posto in cui passare al massimo una notte può andare, ma tornata a casa ho messo tutto in lavatrice (qualsiasi cosa avesse toccato la stanza), senza contare che ho fatto il checkout alle 6:30/7 am per...
