Staff was quite helpful. There is no breakfast included, but they have free juice and coffee. We used the fridge to store other food we bought at the almost never closed supermarket under the nearby termini train station. Languages: All spoke perfect or native English. AC: it's a central system, it got the room cooler but we had no control over it, and it still felt too warm for us on some nights. Better than nothing though. Note that you will likely be uncomfortable in a hotel with no AC at all during the summer. bathroom: bathroom was functional and big enough. wifi: You get a wifi code you can use on multiple devices during your stay as well as ethernet in your room. Note that the access point is on the first floor, so the higher you are, the weaker the signal may get. Ask for a low floor room if you care. Breakfast: no breakfast provided. Location: Ok, so it's not really in the center, but it's
Read moreOk so I want to make it clear. The owners are very nice and will always make sure that you are doing and ok and if you need anything. They are friendly. My issue is that the reviews and rating do not match this “hotel”. I say that loosely because I don’t consider it a hotel. It’s more of a bed and breakfast without the breakfast. This isn’t a 5 star hotel and idk how the reviews show all 5 stars. There has to be some spam or something
The bathrooms are the worse and massively need improvement. The toilet was loose and the shower was so small that you can barely move.
I just was really surprised walking into the area and seeing the atmosphere because none of the pics on google matched what I saw in real life. It was a complete 180
My main point is this. If you are visiting Rome and you will be out all day and just need a place to sleep at like 1-2am then this is the place for you. If you plan on going back to your hotel multiple times a day to rest, change and get yourself figured out then do yourself a favor and book another hotel for that stuff.
I just couldn’t stay in my room other then to sleep tbh. I tried to not even use the bathroom unless absolutely necessary and same...
Read moreReading reviews make me wonder whether I was really in the same place as these people, but anyway here is my opinion about my stay in this place. It’s great location as it’s very central and close to Roma Termini station, that’s the one and only perk, and that’s it. First of all it does not really look like a hotel, it’s more like an apartment with few rooms to rent. The noise coming at night from the street is just too much to handle. The main door is closed at night and the key provider is not working. On my first night, I was locked out for over 20mints till somebody buzzed me in. The staff is nice; however, they made it pretty clear that it’s not allowed to have anybody over!! not even a friend. I found this...
