The audacity of the rudeness from the manager was diabolical. My 4 year old son who does not finish platters at all , was giving a full plate of pasta WHICH WE DIDNT ORDER. We obviously had to say something about this and the eruption of chaos that came from this was absolutely astonishing. He didn’t even want to communicate in the nicest way at all. This honestly shows the lack of respect and common sense. I am just a tourist trying to enjoy my time in Italy with my beautiful kids and to come across this disgusting environment can really take a toll. It’s also absurd because they’re the only ones who have this very stupid rule of having a platter per person, instead of having a kids menu you’re giving a 4 year old an adult meal!! and for the reply to be us getting shouted at is honestly so bad. Yet they’re the only one who does this stupid rule?? We still even paid the full total for this disgusting service.Instead of telling us in advance you just assumed he would eat the extra pasta given. If you had told us prior we most definitely would have ordered something else to our preference, you even then proceeded to tell the next customer who came in advance that it was one platter per person. Then the manager was screaming at me as I only wanted to explain my side of the story because I had just listened to his side and he disrespectfully and unprofessionally said no he does not want to hear the customers side of the story and stormed off, can you imagine? I even said you should of told us prior to this and he said ‘i don’t need to’ then later contradicts himself by saying “ I told you couldn’t share.” He even then further accused me of lying saying I ordered 3 pastas instead of 2.Does that make perfect...

My family of 5 was looking for a place to eat lunch on Labor Day and not a lot was open. Fortunately Rossi was! We went in and were seated right away. It wasn’t busy when we got there so waiting for my husband to arrive from his teaching job was not a problem. We perused the menus and started with a chocolate cannoli (it looked like a cornucopia filled with Nutella-based filling). It was delicious! Then we ordered a few pizzas and my daughter got the calzone, which was HUGE! Everything was delicious! I’m still getting used to paying for water but it’s ok. When in Rome. 😂 At first glance it looked like the restaurant catered to Americans (signs were mostly all in English) but the owner spoke little English to us (which was fine!) and it felt like a local Italian eatery once we were inside. Those are the experiences we love! Everyone was friendly and we had a good time. We will go back! My sister took the kids back and the night manager was a jerk. So I took a star off for his attitude. She said the food wasn’t as good and they were chastised for sharing. After that I couldn’t get any of them to want to go back. So go...

Sadly my friend and I had a bad experience in this Bistro. We went there to get breakfast. We were quite happy with the price and choice of the food, until it arrived at our table. We both ordered scrambled eggs, which were basically dipped in oil and tasted like nothing. Additionally, we both got pancakes. I got the pancakes with berries, which were 3 pancakes with frozen berries. My friend ordered the pancakes with fruits, which arrived with mouldy raspberry. The waiter reacted well and brought us new pancakes, however these pancakes were 3 basically frozen pancakes without fruit, but with the same frozen berries as mine. When we told them that the pancakes are cold, they reacted annoyed, then heated them in the microwave for 20 seconds. Also the pancakes are definitely not freshly made, but rather bought in its entirety from the supermarket. We had to pay for everything, including the more expensive pancakes that my friend didn't get (fruit pancakes). On top of all of this, the waiter kept on touching us on the shoulder and put his arm around us for no reason at all, so overall we would not recommend this...

What a nice surprise finding this restaurant. Being in a hotel in Termini area, we decided to walk in the morning and find a place for breakfast. This restaurant offers inside and outdoor sitting. Plenty tables on both areas. The restaurant is clean, organized and, with a display of great food such as pastries, sandwich, etc. They offer a great dejection for breakfast. The americano was delicious as well as the chocolate. Overall the food was delicious prepared with fresh ingredients. The omelette and the croissant amazing. We loved the service. Nice staff very friendly and talkative. Our waiter was Christiano, so much fun and informative. We loved this place and we are coming back before going home.

The place was pretty empty but our food still took a while to arrive. Not too terrible, but definitely slower compared to other service I've had while in Italy. The food was pretty good but large portions, similar to what I'm used to in the US, I couldn't finish my meal. The waiter was nice, very polite, but for some reason the atmosphere felt a little off. Not my favorite place but the food itself was alright. Edit: My fiance is lactose intolerant and we struggled trying to find dairy free options. I understand that in Italy this is difficult, but they have a large menu and still we could find only a few things, two of which they said they ran out of
