The staff was decent, but overall, the amenities were lacking. There was no kettle or tea/coffee service available in the room or anywhere in the hotel. We had to ask for it. The lighting in the room was poor, made worse by the dark paint on the walls, which made it hard to see anything clearly. Only one small bottle of water was provided for a room with four people—definitely not enough, not even a cup per person. The shower had very low water pressure, and the bed sheets were old; we had to request clean ones on the first day. I regret to say that my stay at B&B Allegri was extremely disappointing. The room was infested with bed bugs, which we found not only on the walls but also in the bed itself, in various stages of development, indicating they had been there for some time. Despite providing evidence, the owner completely ignored our concerns and offered no assistance in resolving the issue. We were forced to leave the room at 1:30 AM and sleep in our car because there was no other solution available. Despite leaving due to the infestation and not providing our passports, we were still fully charged with the city tax. I would strongly advise other travelers to avoid this...
