To make matters worse, the air conditioner stopped working. We also noticed a lot of mold inside. It was during the hottest days of an Italian summer, at 35 degrees outside. We had no choice but to book a last minute hotel.||We contacted the host for a refund, which he agreed to. But upon giving him our PayPal information (which he had asked for, instead of going through Airbnb), he completely disappeared on us. In the summer of 2021 I booked a weekend in this structure for the Carnival period at the end of February, 26-28, with my family. At the beginning of January and therefore after 6 months have passed since the booking and 2 months in advance, the structure informed me to verify my credit card, which is strange because I regularly receive automatic charges and because I use it frequently. Then I insert my husband's card and the hotel informs me that it is unable to charge me, I insert our third credit card and the hotel cancels my reservation. Called immediately, they tell me they don't know what happened and they will call me back. I have noticed that their prices have tripled and therefore they have incorrectly canceled to earn more. Imagine those of you who organize a trip 6 months in advance and when the prices have become more than double with an excuse they cancel your booking and further proof is that we called them and they did not want to fix it even though they told me they had still many free rooms.
