Venice Tourist House — Hotel in Venice

Firstly the location shown on Agoda, Tripadvisor and other mapping apps is inaccurate and will direct you to completely wrong area.||Secondly to reach the actual location you need to carry luggage across half a dozen bridges and several kilometres of cobbled streets.||Rooms are actually on Rio dei S.S. Apostili, above Ristorante Al Vagon. Door is not labelled and we were met outside by an agent of the owner. ||Rooms are up flight of stairs on second floor and three keys required for building, apartment and room. Agent took photos of passports and tourist tax in cash.||It's an old apartment building and the rooms have shared toilets, bathrooms and kitchen. All of which are very dated and don't feel clean. Not at all attractive.||The room provided to us was basic and clean, but the windows look out onto the rear, not the canal, and are single glazed, shutters block out light, but not sound.||It was extremely noisy all night long, from the restaurants and bars below, drunks walking home, then persons blaring music at 4am and businesses opening at 6am. ||Don't book if you want a peaceful night or facilities you'd want to use. We only booked because another Venice apartment cancelled our reservation at last minute and ran off with the deposit.||We overpaid and can...

This hotel is in the perfect location. Take water taxi #6 (I think) if you have luggage, but otherwise everything is close by. The owner was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed and greeted us with bottle water...

Demasiado elevado el precio para lo que es la habitacion. El piso de la habitacion tiene pendiente, por ende la cama tiene pendiente, dejas el equipaje con ruedas en una esquina y se mueve hasta la otra esquina! Nunca visto!... la entrada a la propiedad todas las paredes rotas y ningun cartel del alojamiento (no sabes donde estas entrando), la persona que te recibe tiene un trato cortante. En la noche el picaporte de la habitacion fue intentado abrir 4 veces, por lo cual no pude dormir. En fin son unos sinverguenzas te cobran fortuna por algo que no lo vale. No lo...
