Farini — Restaurant in Venice

Let me start by saying the food here was amazing and great value for money. As a family of 5 with two little ones, there was something for everyone. Sadly, the service of 1 of the 3 staff members that were working yesterday (younger, blonde girl) was well below average. Whilst standing around doing nothing at the coffee machine, I asked her if we could please have one of our pizza’s heated a bit more. She tutted her tongue and rolled her eyes at me. I asked if there was an issue and she just walked away and put our pizza in the oven. She then walked away, left it there and I had to ask one of the other staff if she could check it for me. We had literally done nothing to this girl. I smiled, I was polite and yet she treated us like this. I see my review isn’t the only one that mentions the poor service in the last 3 days. Please take a look at who was working yesterday as this one staff member does not compliment the rest of your establishment unfortunately. The other two ladies on were pleasant and helpful.

Best pizza in Venice ! My boyfriend and I were exploring all over Venice and we happen to pass by here and see the pizza in the window. We passed by so many pizza places, not really even trying to eat pizza, but when we saw this pizza in the window... we had to go in ! This is a very modern and open restaurant. You walk and and pick your pizza and add a glass of wine. All the pizza is right in front of you displayed. Hard to pick only one because there were so many. There’s plenty of seating, but this place does get very busy ! This pizza was delicious ! The dough was so crispy and airy. They loaded the toppings on. Not one bite went without some sort of topping. The slices are a good size too. I’m typically not a big pizza person but trust me when I say this was the best pizza...

Came here for a quick bite for breakfast as most places were still closed and it was our only option we could find. We had 2 croissants, fresh Orange juice, bowl if fruit and 2 espressos. Croissants were ok, def better, fresher options at all the patisseries around. Appreciated that they offered freshly squeezed orange juice which was refreshing. Service was fast and very polite. But the atmosphere and vibe was very intense. It was 930am and electronic techno music was blasting so loudly. It was just way too much.
