B&B Casa Diaz — Hotel in Verona

We stayed at B&B Casa Diaz for 5 nights during our stay in Verona. The room was comfortable and the location is perfect as it is walking distance to all landmarks. The host gave detailed instructions on how to find the place, accessing rooms and how to use coffee machine etc and were always available on WhatsApp for any problems. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is that I would prefer there was someone at reception/physically present. We had a problem with our air con during extremely hot weather which would have been fixed faster if there was someone we could speak...

The rooms were quite disappointing; despite having windows, the only view was of walls. Although recently refurbished, the room’s air circulation was inadequate and there was a noticeable odor. There is no elevator.

Il B&B Casa Diaz è un'ottima scelta per chi vuole soggiornare nel cuore di Verona. La posizione è eccellente, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni della città, il che lo rende perfetto per esplorare senza bisogno di mezzi di trasporto.
