nandi — Restaurant in Hiroshima

I was walking past this place and was instantly drawn in my the aroma from about a half block away. Noticing the posters that were pinned against the building for local music events, I popped my head in to say hello and chat with the chef. He was super friendly, gave us recommendations, and we parted ways because we had just had lunch elsewhere. I promised to be back during my visit.

Today, we stopped back in and had the Butter Chicken and Vegetarian Curries. Absolutely delicious. Healthy recipes packed with flavor.

I couldn’t disagree more with some of the 1 star reviews that are bringing this place down. The ambiance is great, calm, and inviting. The chef is knowledgeable, friendly, and inviting. Me and my partner went while staying in Hiroshima. The food was much better than any curry I've had in Australia. The food was phenomenal and the person who served us was so polite and nice it was a breathe of fresh air . 他の方々のとおり、一般的なカレーを 想像していかれないほうが安全です。 新しい料理を食される気持ちで 食べるほうがまだガッカリしません。 ナンディーカレーとバターチキンを 注文しましたが…最初に見た時に言葉を失いました。 バターチキンにはヨーグルトが入っているようで、 とんでもない味でした。 チキンは茹でただけでフライパンで火を通してない為、 臭みが残ってました。出されたものは全部食べたいのですが、ひときれ食べるのがやっとでした。 ナンディーカレーはもはや何かわからない代物だったので定員さんに「これ何？」と聞いてしまうほどのメニューでした。スパイスづかいがぐちゃぐちゃで 辛味が強く、味覚が麻痺します。インド人が「これは食べれないよ、カレーじゃない」とさじを投げました

付け合わせの野菜は塩辛すぎて食べれませんでした。 せっかく来たので、チャイを飲みましたが、 全くスパイスがきいてません。うっすい安い味。 ラッシーは酸味が少ない。 ドロッドロで氷いっぱいで飲みにくいったら。 本場のラッシー飲んだことないの？ インドに何度も行かれたことがあるようですが… このあたりから手抜き感が感じられます。

カレーかぶれのメニューは酷いものです。 インドカレーの勉強はしてないって言い切ってたしなぁ。 本業は何？ライブカフェ？ ブレまくりだけど大丈夫？大きなお世話ですいません。

食べログだか何だか信用しちゃダメでした。 スタッフも適当な感じです。 このメニューが美味しいと思われた方は、 口コミや周りの先入観に惑わされてる可能性があります。

あと入店した際、15時までと言われたが なんだかんだで通してくれました。 後から来たお客さんは何も言わず入店出来てました。 営業時間は決まっていないのかなぁ。いい加減。
