Room: The room is a comfortable size for two people with medium-sized luggage. While the bathroom is a bit small, it’s still manageable. The room is very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a lift for easy access.
Location: The hotel is ideally located near a bus stop, Kyoto Station, and AEON Mall, making commuting and buying essentials very convenient. The route to the hotel is flat, which makes it easy to drag luggage.
Service: Water is not provided in the room, so bottled water must be purchased. All essential amenities are available in the room, and additional items can be found in the lobby. The hotel offers free luggage storage before and after check-in/check-out (locks are limited, but your belongings are safe). Read moreThe hotel is very close to AEON MALL KYOTO and a bus stop, making it extremely convenient for traveling. It’s easy to pop over for shopping, grab some groceries from the supermarket, or enjoy delicious meals at nearby restaurants like Arata.
Walking to Kyoto Station is also simple, with a smooth route suitable for dragging luggage.
The staff rotate shifts regularly, and everyone is happy to assist. One male staff member even helped us call and reserve a restaurant when we didn’t have a Japanese SIM card.
If you don’t speak Japanese, you can use a translation app like Google Translate to communicate with the staff, and they are very accommodating.

Make sure to remember the door code provided during booking, as it’s required to...
Read moreConveniently located accross the street from Aeon mall and a 10-15 minute walk to Kyoto station. It's also a 10 minutes walk to To-ji temple. The room was a bit small for 2 people with 2 luggage, but it has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Service wise, there wasn't much to offer since there's no one at the reception desk unless you pick up the phone and rang for the staff to come out. Maybe they're short-staffed? There's also limited seating area in the lobby. Luggage service is limited to first come first serve; you're given a cable to lock your luggage to a metal bar, but they're short on space and cable lock. Would we stay here again? Probably not. It wasn't anything spectacular or memorable to bring us back. We just want to try a different hotel/area since there...
