There is a wide variety of products to choose from—ranging from ready-to-eat meals, bento boxes, snacks, daily necessities, to other food items. Many people come here to shop. If you visit in the early evening, some bento boxes and meals are offered at a discount. However, the discounts aren’t very large since the food items can’t be stored for long and are close to their expiration.

We had Suica cards, but unfortunately, the stores here don’t accept them as a form of payment. It was quite disappointing to find out that we had to pay with cash instead.

The location is not very close to the train station either. Although it’s walkable, the distance of over ten minutes on foot makes it feel a bit far from the station.

As this city is a popular tourist destination, a lot of travelers come to shop and use the services here. The staff members, perhaps overwhelmed by the constant flow of customers, always looked tired. We never saw any of them with a smile or appearing truly happy...

This is a really fantastic supermarket located near the intersection along the main thoroughfare of Shijo-Dori, and within walking distance to many hotels, restaurants, and businesses which line this side of the downtown area. Inside there’s a beautiful expanse holding everything imaginable to eat in such a well laid out location in-town. There’s a bakery on location too. A fresh fish department. And a delicious deli section for all sorts of mouthwatering bento boxes, freshly made cold salads, tempura, yakitori chicken, even a white pickled sweet kimchi mix, too! Phenomenal!! And once you get through shopping the cashiers at the checkout counters are always more than gracious to lend themselves to help out their customers get through the process of paying for their groceries using the automated system! Such wonderful unexpected things whenever you least think about situations whenever something comes up! Great venue! A must whenever you need...

This is an excellent supermarket with fine quality Japanese fruits. My friends who live in Japan told me to try Japanese fruits because they are very expensive in other countries. I can find a variety fruits here. All kinds of products are provided. If you happen to stay nearby hotel just take a walk here to buy great seasonal fruits. The other small supermarket next to this one is 24 hours but the fruits quality is way better here. Good for local people and tourists...
