林林の民宿 — Hotel in Osaka

A pretty nice place to stay, all things considered. All of the other reviews are pretty accurate, but they are leaving some things out.

If you are looking at this location as your place to stay while you visit Osaka, be aware that the location is not very good. I don't mean that in terms of trains and transportation. This place couldn't be located any better in that regard.

What I mean is that just a few blocks away is the red light district of this part of town, and opposite that on the other side of the building are dozens and dozens of late night karaoke drinking bars.

The majority of the beds here are thin futons on hard wood floors, up extremely thin and steep stairs. If that does not stop you from getting sleep, the noise of drunk people singing karaoke until very late in the night, or drunk people using the vending machines located on the side of the building, or drunk groups of people heading to the red light district, will keep you up.

Other than that though, the place was extremely clean, and overall we had a great time in Osaka because this place was so close to interesting parts of town, both by foot and by train. I would recommend it, but know fully what you are getting into by...

Very nice abnb in the heart of osaka. 2 stations away from Dontoburi & Namba station. 45mins to the airport by taxi. 24hr supermarket next door so we can buy stuffs on daily basis and gifts before leaving.

The host is super nice she speaks english very well and give super clear & detailed guidance upon arrival.

The house is kinda larger in comparison with other stay options at the same amount of money paid. You have to bring ur luggage upstairs during ur stay cuz level 1 is just their storage but it’s okay.

Hot water & heater is offered here also. However the water temperature is not really stable so make sure u set & test it carefully before bathing to prevent any issues.

The kitchen is also small but enough wares is provided. U can cook small basic meals if...

Very nice cosy place to stay at. The owner is very thoughtful in every way possible it can get. All essential information are well prepared. Location of the place is quite convenient to go to lots of other places. This place definitely makes you feel like home and very welcome. If you want to experience Japanese lifestyle of leaving in local area. This is a place you must try. It’s is a total different feel from staying in the hotel.
