Senlax Inn Osaka — Hotel in Osaka

Our 5 day stay began with a recommendation in an online travel group from an Australian family who stayed here, easy booking with Kotomi, then a thoroughly enjoyable experience.|From the lush scent of dark amber diffusing to the multi-USB charger, we felt at home immediately. While close to the many options to eat and shop at Shinsaibashi and the lovely Relaxation Station massage nearby, Senlax is quiet and peaceful. There is an elevator, but we were on the second floor, so did not use that. Communication about luggage storage on our departure day came a day in advance and was very generous and clear. Our stay was from a Wednesday to Monday. The nearby subway station made it easy for us to get everywhere by JR and Shinkansen. The beds and pillows were perfect for us- not too hard, not too soft, just right.|The washer-dryer combo functioned well for us, as did the mini-fridge and freezer (which we stocked with treasures from the|7-11 across the street). I don’t like the room at all, the photo shown in agoda is not same as what I have book at all , I thought got bathtub which shown in the picture , end up no bathtub at all , and the bed is all twin bed which did not further tell us at all and the photo shown in Agoda is others photo shown but not the room they give to me.

Reply to owner: No is not false or book wrong room , my partner booked the room , and this is you and Agoda communication problem if Agoda show wrong picture and please settle it but we were like get cheated as the room photo show got bathtub and your room does not have bathtub , even the toilet is not separate toilet like others Japan do. And the shower room don’t have chair to sit on and bath at all.
