BOOKOFF Osaka Shinsaibashi Store — Local services in Osaka

My first time in japan and this is the first figure store i go to, was a mistake i shouldn't go to japan and have that thought of purchasing stuff in this store, i bought a figure yesterday and decide to refund it today because i bought the wrong one and the price is unreasonable, i talked to the front desk to ask for a refund and guess what they said to me? "no refund and no reason given" and i was shocked how could a store not support refunds? i clearly didn't see any signs or warnings in the store that said no refund i even walked around to see if there is any signs that said no refund and no there wasn't and I was like what this doesn't make sense what kind of store does it like if you don't want refund you need to mention it like put a sign a big sign that says no refund to tell the customer so that they would be noticed about this, if you don't mention it and say no refund this is a SCAM you are going against the law of consumer rights act! not only did they didn't mention the "policy" of no refunds they also said that the product that i was going to refund was apparently "defective" when its not I bought it for one day and didn't even touch it I didn't even cut the tape I did nothing on that figure and they say it was "damaged"? this store FALSELY claims that a product is defective and refuses a refund without a CLEAR policy this is unacceptable I'm not going to be they guy who gets scammed I'M NOT TAKING THIS!!!!!!!!! DON'T GO TO THIS STORE UNLESS YOUR A PROFESSIONAL LAWYER YOUR GOING...

Yesterday i bought new PS5 slim in this store and turns out it has a problem with the disc drive cannot insert the disc at all eventhough already updated and do the disc drive registration completely it seems that disc tray inside component has some defects. Today i return to the store to confirm this condition but 2 of the staffs insist that im the one that making a mistake not completely finish the drive registration. They refuse to help me further with this defect PS5 and many times they said that i couldnt ask for any replacement (which is very disappointing!). Then i come back reset the PS5 and do the update and drive registration completely once again and still the problem exist ! OK now i understand that i got scammed by this store.
