Comforts+81 Shinsaibashi — Hotel in Osaka

Confession from a Singaporean family traveling with two young kids and a baby.

Despite being an "unmanned apartment hotel", you can get attentive service from the crew and you could see them around during day time.

Good location within 2 mins walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street, 10-15mins relaxation walk to Shinsaibashi Metro, Dontoburi, Daimaru etc.

Thoughtful facilities such as washing machine, warm ac, cooking stove and utensils (we can cook porridge for our baby in the room)

The area is safe and decent, no issue walking at night.

Many food options around.

The room size is spacious (we have 5 luggages) and comes with 4 queen beds.

Soundproofing for the room is good and we feel at home (not spooky at all).

Comfortable and extremely clean, location reasonable. Short on crockery so we struggled somewhat, but the kitchen was ovetall reasonable. Bathroom A Okay! The duvets were a little short for my tall husband. One doesn't actually meet a person for checkin, and you have to fill in everything online for each person staying at a desktop registration station, which we weren't familiar with. Then collect your keys using a code. We were confused at first, then...

The owner had no consideration..we rent for almost 2 weeks all of our request had been denied..even for just an extra body soap and conditioner they didnt even bother to give us..and so hard to check in for beginers...there is no body to assist you..its like your are in a escape room just to get inside and...
