Guest House Tokyo Samurai — Hotel in Tokyo

Super!!! Simply excellent!! I've been there in September 2016 (sorry for giving you a feedback here just now! XD ) but I'll remember forever the great experience! The staff is definitely the diamond of Khaosan Tokyo Samurai! so helpful and kind that I can't explain (without their help I would have been totally lost and desperate and I would have been obliged to come back to Italy). They were my heroes! and I don't exagerate affirming that :) Beyond that, the accomodation has a very high quality in terms of services, cleaningness, atmosphere, security and position. Top!

If you love food that's the perfect area were to stay: plenty of restaurants and street food activities. Many green areas, temples and every service that you'll need. Great!

Capsules and rooms are well organized and secure. Common areas are clean and with good vibes ;) In my opinion, the best space is the washitsu, the common area with Tatami. Here you can feel at home! I loves the atmosphere and the amazing view. At the same floor there's a comfortable kitchen with everything you need. Let's have a cup of green tea with a dorayaki (or a mochi) and relax on Tatami! ;)

Therefore I warmly recommend KTS!!And when I'll come back to Tokyo, I'll surely stay there, no doubt! :) Super!!...

If I had to find a complaint for this hostel it's that there's just too many people in a room, and it's more of a capsule hotel then a hostel. The difference is that the people staying here aren't necessarily interested in the backpacker hostel socializing. With that said, it was acceptable and I would stay again.||The front desk has very rigid hours and rules, but they are very nice and pleasant to talk to. They've obviously delt with lots of bad guests because they make the house rules very clear.||I found the bed to be far too hot, which turned out to be because they turned off the Air Conditioning! It was cold enough outside at night to cool down the room, but it was extremely loud and there were soo many people in the very long narrow room that the guests by the windows would just immediately close them when they were cold, while the people in the back were...

Mi estancia en Guest House Tokyo Samurai ha sido absolutamente increíble y una de las mejores experiencias de todo mi viaje por Japón. Me alojé aquí durante mi paso por Tokio y no podría estar más agradecido de haber elegido este lugar. Desde el primer momento, todo fue perfecto.

📍 Ubicación excelente: La ubicación no puede ser mejor. Está en pleno Asakusa, uno de mis barrios favoritos de Tokio, lleno de historia, tradición y cultura. La guest house se encuentra a muy pocos minutos caminando de la estación de Tsukuba Express, lo cual fue muy conveniente para moverme por la ciudad. Además, pude ir caminando por la noche hasta el Templo Senso-ji, un auténtico espectáculo iluminado que recomiendo ver al menos una vez durante la noche.

🏠 Instalaciones cómodas y limpias: Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, todo estaba limpio, ordenado y funcional. La cocina común, los baños, las zonas comunes... todo perfecto. Se nota que se preocupan por el bienestar de los huéspedes.

👤 El jefe, un anfitrión excepcional: El encargado del alojamiento es una persona increíble. Muy amable, divertido y atento en todo momento. Me ayudó desde el principio, incluso me guardó la maleta durante 5 días mientras viajaba a Kioto y Osaka, lo cual me facilitó muchísimo las cosas. Siempre con una sonrisa y dispuesto a ayudar. Además, es súper simpático y hasta conoce a aespa, mi grupo favorito de K-pop. ¡Eso fue toda una sorpresa y motivo de muchas risas y buena conversación!

🌍 Ambiente acogedor e internacional: Uno de los aspectos más bonitos fue el ambiente que se respira en la guest house. Conocí a personas de todo el mundo, viajeros con los que compartí conversaciones y experiencias. En especial, conocí a Paulina, una chica encantadora que trabaja como voluntaria allí. Compartir momentos con personas que, como yo, están viviendo su aventura japonesa fue muy enriquecedor.

🎌 Un lugar con alma samurái: Me encantó el concepto de la casa, inspirado en los samuráis. Como fanático de la cultura japonesa y todo lo relacionado con los samuráis, este lugar fue perfecto para mí. Me sentí totalmente conectado con el espíritu del viaje que quería vivir.

En resumen, recomiendo al 100% alojarse en Guest House Tokyo Samurai. Si buscas un lugar bien ubicado, limpio, con ambiente cálido y un trato excelente, este es tu sitio. Volvería sin dudarlo y me llevo un recuerdo muy bonito de este lugar. Gracias por hacer mi estancia...
