This was our family's first experience in Japan. I will try to convey the impression and message in as much detail as possible using English. I apologize if there are any spelling errors because the main language I use is not English.
For starters, to be honest, Japandi House is a house with a price that we think is very affordable considering the size of the building and the location of the house. Plus there are discounts when making orders for a period of 1 week or more. In our opinion, the location is very strategic. Not far from the airport (you only need to travel 10 minutes by car to reach Haneda International Airport), and in our opinion not that far from downtown Tokyo. These are the things that make us confident to place an order immediately.
After placing an order, the host was very responsive in providing information regarding things we needed to know. Even for things that actually have nothing to do with Japandi House. We asked many questions and the host was very responsive in answering our questions.
There is one thing that we cannot forget, because we are a small family consisting of two babies, of course we asked about the availability of a Baby Chair for our children's eating activities. Initially, Japandi House provided website information where we could rent the Baby Chair. But in the end, they provided the Baby Chair and let us use it for free! They were willing to buy and provide a special Baby Chair for us (and we are sure it will be a facility for future guests)!
Japandi House has 2 bedrooms and 1 tatami room (which of course can be used for sleeping by guests). In the Tatami room, 3 or 4 futons (Japanese floor mattresses) are provided so that the total number of guests who can stay in the house is 8/9 adults. Using electronic devices and other household equipment is quite easy, the dining room/kitchen storage cupboards are even labeled with English stickers! (The use of trash cans for different types of waste is also labeled in English, making it very easy for people from outside Japan!). Hot water and a bathtub are available and function well. The washing machine can also be used and there is an outside area for drying clothes. This house really suits the needs of guests who come with their families.
Final conclusion, Japandi House is very suitable for those who want to visit Japan for the first time, whether with friends or with family. Adequate facilities, hosts who are responsive and can communicate using English (this is an added value considering that the majority of Japanese people are not fluent in English), as well as location and affordable prices are factors that other facilities may not have and are the main strengths of Japandi House. This is an honest review, from us, a family who had a very comfortable and pleasant experience when they first went to Japan. In the future, it is certain that Japandi House will be our first choice when we come to Japan...
Read moreStayed in the house for 5 days, the house was very clean upon arrival. The location is very good since it is near Haneda Airport. Also, there are several convenience stores in the vicinity which is a plus in case you need something. It took us about 8 mins going to the nearest train station (Otorii Station). Perfect for families since you have the house to yourself. Will recommend this to my family and friends, thank you for making our first Japan family...
Read moreIt was very close to Haneda Airport and had excellent access. This private accommodation has two baby chairs, so it is perfect for traveling with children. 1F has a living room, 2F has a bathroom, 3 futon mattresses and 2 beds in a Japanese-style room, and 2 beds and 1 sofa bed on the 3rd floor for a total of 8 people. We were 7 people traveling and it was very helpful. We will stay at Japandi House HANEDA again when we come...
