Stayed here six nights and it was the worst bed I ever sleep on in any hotel .It was like sleeping on the floor very hard thin mattress and small uncomfortable pillows.|For two people this bed is very tight and pushed up against the wall makes it hard to get in and out of .|After 6 nights on that bed my back is wrecked.|This is not a Japanese thing the previous hotel I stayed in Tokyo had the most comfortable bed and pillow I ever slept on .Japanese are big on comfort that is why I was so surprised by this rock hard bed .|I ask front desk if they had any better beds and they didn’t really all they need to do is get a memory foam topper or some other plush topper to put over the cheap mattress as the mattress they have is like a box spring without a mattress on top .|They only clean the room every three days as I was there 6 days I ended up doing a lot of my own cleaning.|I got to the hotel 2 hours early before check in and in every hotel I have arrived early they would automatically check to see if by chance the room is ready and let you check in early. But not here they just automatically say check in at 3pm without even looking to see if it is ready .|Why a hotel would not let someone check in early makes no sense it doesn’t cost them anything but they get some good will for free from the customer.|Check is another strange thing as they have these terminals in front of the desk you are to use .They have enough front desk and they gladly help you use these things but it seems a pointless waste to have these in the lobby .|You have enough staff let them check in the quests directly why are they complicating things ? |Not sure the reason why all the customer facing front desk staff are wearing surgical masks but it is not a good look for the hospitality business.|If they fix the problems I mentioned this would be a decent hotel the location is good close to metro and it is a new stylish hotel .|But I would never stay here again I need a good comfortable...

Read moreWe stayed here for two weeks in November 2018. It was our first trip to Tokyo. The hotel is close to the Hamamatuscho Yamanote station, where the Haneda Monorail ends, so getting in and out of town with luggage was extremely convenient. The staff is friendly and speaks enough English that we were able to communicate easily. It feels safe, room keys are needed to use the elevator. Rooms are small but space is used efficiently. The shower is nice. Everything is extremely clean. The room has a small refrigerator, hot water kettle and a safe. Closet space is very tight. Bed is firm. Window opens a little for extra ventilation. It has AC but we never needed it in November. ||||WI-Fi worked well. The room has three plugs but only one USB port, so bring a hub! Breakfast is OK. Food quality is good but selection is limited and mostly the same every day except that the flavor of the rice balls changes. Other than the rice balls, the food was western. Scrambled eggs were good but sometimes cold when they didn't turn on the warmer. Self-laundry was pretty easy to use, never crowded. The machines self dispense detergent, so don't bother to bring your own.||||Location is great for sightseeing. Close to a Yamanote station and two subway stops. Short walk to Tokyo Tower and Zojo-ji temple as well as several nice gardens and Tsukiji Market is close as well.(Yes, the main market has been moved, but still plenty of places to eat there.) Ueno Park, Imperial Palace, Akihabara, Asakusa/Skytree, Shinjuku and Shibuya are all easily accessible from here on the subway and train system. The area has a lot of restaurants but is quiet at night as it is a business district.||||There is a Lawson store in the building, connected to the lobby. Family Mart is across the street and 7/11 is within a block, so ATM's and convenience foods are...
