We first came to this cafe for breakfast and was very happy with their coffee (both breakfast sets were very yummy).

When we enquired with the owner about buying their coffee beans, knowing we are tourist, he kindly offered for us to pick up the beans on the day we were leaving.

When we went to pick up the beans on the agreed date, we realised he had came to the cafe just for us to pick up the coffee.

We are home now and thoroughly enjoyed the beans carefully roasted by Caffe Calmo’s owner. Only wished we had bought more of the beans.

If we visit Tokyo again, we will definitely go back to Caffe Calmo, have a chat with the friendly owner and enjoy their...

This great little cafe serves excellent coffee and a few items of food. It even has a coffee bean roasting station in-house, enclosed in a small glass room. Customers can see the roaster while they enjoy their coffee. The couple who runs the place are very friendly and professional. The atmosphere was relaxed and the interior was clean. There is a very good selection of specialty coffees to suit all tastes. I had a breakfast set consisting of cheese toast and for the coffee, an Italian dark roast blend. We frequented this cafe for breakfast since it was pretty close to our hotel, and it turned out to be the nicest choice! They have a wide variety of coffee and filling breakfast options: toast sets with a fresh salad on the side and pancakes. The pancakes were the best! We couldn't get enough of them. We had a fantastic breakfast experience here! The restaurant is warmly decorated and the atmosphere is relaxing. We ordered the CHEESE ROAST SET and the PIZZA ROAST SET but changed the coffee in them for hot chocolate. My friend and I both loved the taste of the food! In addition to the toast, the corn soup and salad that came with it were delicious as well.
