Good stay in Tokyo for my husband and I. About a 5-12 minute walk from the nearby stations. The room could have fit 2 more since there were bunk beds. Fit the bill for what we wanted this trip, clean with easy access to a train station. We stayed for 8 nights and got cleaning twice. The room was well stocked with items to use for cooking but we chose to eat out. Definitely took advantage of the washer / dryer and bath to soak after a long day of walking. I do wish the pillows were comfier but perhaps asking too much for this price point. Service was nice - they always greeted us kindly whether we were leaving or arriving.

Highly recommended Apartment to stay ! Great location which is so true with my own experience which our family of 4 staying in this well design apartment. Microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, 2 in one washing/dryer machine. Full Utensils in the kitchen.Staff was excellent helpful. Mr Yuki Arakawa and Miss Morjorie so so helpful until make our family want to go back to stay again. 3-5mins walk to train Suitengumae station n also Tokyo Airport terminal for bus ( 30mins to Haneda and 1 hour+~ to Narita Airport) easier than taking subway/Train Restaurants n shopping all around this area too.

We are a family of 5. We booked a room for 5, but apparently they don’t count children under the age of 12. They assume they sleep in the same bed as the parents. Meaning we have 5 people in 4 single beds, yet they charge for 5 people. The rooms are really basic. It’s really expensive for what it is. I’m just relieved we stayed for only one night. Sadly for us our last night of an otherwise epic family trip. We’ve been in Japan for two weeks and this is the worst place we’ve stayed. The hotel is by a big fly over and the neighborhood is not very attractive.

I stayed for 6 nights (2+4 nights) at this apart during my 11 days at Japan. In between, I was travelling to Osaka & Kyoto. It was a lovely stay with many plus points, to name some: Location - nearby (5 mins walk) to Tokyo Airport Bus (TCAT), marts (familymarts, etc), and access to numerous metro lines to easiliy go to other part of cities (tokyo station/JR, ginza, shibuya, tsukiji etc.)

Facilities - it has all the amenities needed in the room (microwave, laundry, ac/heater, utils, etc). Tap water is drinkable, while you can find vending machine at reception and few others at streets.

Our room was occupied by 3 adults and 1 child. On the 1st trip we stayed at Deluxe Japanese style room which was great - spacious space, tatami sleeping experiences. The 2nd trip we stayed at Superior family room, which was also good yet a bit smaller. Both served us well, but if you travelling in a small family and can get the Deluxe Japanese will do great.

Staff - all the staff has been very lovely, they are all polite and very helpful. The hotel let me keep my luggage during my trip to Osaka and they can also do send/receive Yamato baggage send for your travelling convenience. The staff also so kind to have all the shipped baggage in the room prior to check in. If needed, and with additional price, they can also help for early check in and late check out. I took both option and it has been convenience with our flight schedule.

Security - while Japan is relatively very secure country, I am feeling convenience with elevator (all time) and main door access (after 10PM) to use code. Room access is also using code and not key, which is fine with me.

One last thing to note that since this is an apart hotel, the room access after elevator is located facing outside at 2nd floor up.

Overall, it was a great stay and highly recommend...

Conveniently located right next to the T-CAT allowing for easy travel to hotel via Limo Bus from either airport (Narita or Han).||Hotel itself has easy access to the rest of Tokyo via the 2 close by JR Stations. It is in a quieter part of town which was really nice to start and end the day.||Great amenities, our family of 4 stayed very comfortably in our room. We had 2 twins plus a twin bunk so the 4 of us slept comfortably. We stayed on the ground floor room our first 7 nights and then the 3rd floor on a separate booking for the last 4 nights. The ground floor room bedroom area was smaller but we liked the layout better because the toilet, shower and teeth brushing area were separate rooms. Therefore everyone could be doing different things at the same time. The 3rd floor room bedroom area was larger but the toilet and toothbrushing room were the same room so it took longer everyone to get ready. Having a laundry inside the room was extremely convenient. We packed light so being able to do laundry was amazing. The kitchen was very useful, fully stocked with plates and utensils. ||The staff was friendly and helpful and I enjoyed being greeting when we first arrived and every morning and evening. Shout out to Yuki for making our stay feel special and very memorable. We miss seeing him! ||We loved our trip so much that we are talking about coming back and we would even stay at this...

From the moment we stepped into MONday Apart Nihonbashi Suitengumae, we knew our family holiday in Tokyo was going to be something special. Nestled in the heart of the city, this charming apartment provided us with a perfect blend of comfort and convenience for our 4-night stay. The apartment came equipped with all the essentials we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The space was clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough to accommodate our family without feeling cramped. The kitchenette was a lifesaver for quick breakfasts before our city adventures, and the laundry facilities were a much-appreciated amenity for keeping our travel wardrobe fresh. What truly set MONday Apartment apart was its suitability for families. The peaceful neighborhood ensured a good night’s sleep for all, while the proximity to local attractions meant less time commuting and more time exploring. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Whether you’re in Tokyo for business or leisure, MONday Apartment Nihonbashi Suitengumae is an excellent choice that ticks all the boxes. We left with cherished memories and look forward to our next stay at this great place!
