Family of four with two teenagers, stayed in the family room with bunks and a dining table. There was heaps of room for us to be really comfortable and spread out. The bunks were also quite private so you felt like you had your own little space. There was a very usable kitchen, a bathroom, and separate toilet. It was clean, great temperature, and the reception service was very good.
It's not a popular tourist spot in Suitengumae, which is ok if you're not wanting to stay in a big nightlife super touristy district. Despite that, it's right near the TCAT limousine bus terminal. It's 10 minutes walk from two different train lines. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants 10 min walk away. Read moreThis hotel is great to travel with kids, it is really modern, spacious ( for Japan standards), clean, and the staff is really helpful. the hotel is located close to the TCAT , and you could get directly from the airport and walk a couple of blocks. If you have the JR- pass there is not a direct stop, but you could get in other train lines, buses and taxis really easy. We got the room B, and it was perfect for 2 adults and one kid. The beds seem a little hard at the beginning, but we slept really well. Each day we got a bag with toiletries, and the room was spotless. The bathroom is small but it has everything you need. There is only one tiny elevator, but we never had to wait for it. We traveled for some days to Osaka and we were able to leave our big luggage at the hotel until we arrived for our last night in Tokyo. The room has a kitchenette, and a good size TV with Netflix . I only wish it was closer to Tokyo station so we could use our...
