Picture this: You enter Belgian Beer Cafe Bon Vivant in Riga, and it's like walking into a Belgian dreamland - but with more sausage and beer! 🍺🇧🇪 The 1-meter mixed sausage isn't just a meal; it's a statement piece, a conversation starter, and maybe even a new friend? 🌭🤝 It's perfect for couples who love to share, or for anyone who wants to say, "Yes, I can eat a meter of sausage, and what about it?" 😂

But wait, there's more! Their menu is a carnival of flavors, offering everything from seafood to charcoal-cooked marvels. 🐟🔥 Each dish is like a love letter to your taste buds. And the beer selection? It's like a library of Belgian happiness – so many choices, you'll want to read (or drink) them all! 📚🍻 Don't sleep on the Belgian cider – it's like a delightful, fruity whisper from the heart of Belgium. 🍏🍾

The vibe here? Cozy as your favorite sweater, but with way more character. It's the perfect spot for anything from a laid-back night out to a full-blown celebration. 🎈🥳 The staff are like the cool cousins of the hospitality world - always friendly, super professional, and wearing uniforms so chic, they could be in a fashion magazine. 👔✨

In summary, if you're a sausage aficionado, a Belgian beer enthusiast, or just someone who appreciates a great time, this cafe is your nirvana. 🍖 Whether it's a casual hangout or a special occasion, the Belgian Beer Cafe Bon Vivant is the place to be. Highly recommend for a memorable experience filled with laughter, good company, and exceptional food and drinks! 🥂👏 Cheers to the...

Recently, my wife and I visited Bon-Vivant the Belgian Beer Cafe, and we were left with exceptionally positive impressions. From the very first moments, we were surrounded by attention and hospitality: the waitstaff were polite and tactful, paying attention to every detail, which immediately set a pleasant tone for our evening. For starters, we chose the Caesar salad with chicken fillet and Belgian meatballs with mashed potatoes. The presentation of the dishes was impressive: the salad was served with neatly arranged lettuce leaves, golden-brown pieces of chicken, and a classic dressing with a perfect balance of flavors. The dressing was delicate, with a slight spiciness that added a special touch and highlighted the freshness of the ingredients. The Belgian meatballs were also top-notch: juicy and flavorful, they paired excellently with the fluffy mashed potatoes, which were as light as a cloud. The sauce added depth to the taste, harmoniously uniting all components into a dish that perfectly showcases Belgian culinary traditions. The attentive service was remarkable—the waitstaff checked in with us warmly, asking if everything was to our liking, assisting with the selection of dishes and drinks, all while being so unobtrusive that we felt completely comfortable. We highly recommend Bon-Vivant to anyone who wants to enjoy not only delicious food but also the true atmosphere of...

Have eaten there regularly and the food is consistently good, with great service. The atmosphere and ambience is reminiscent of a French/Belgian cafe. This review is specifically for the menu for Restaurant Week. Booked a table for a late lunch. Friendly waiter who served well during the meal. Started: Snow crab meat in cream cheese topped with red caviar. The popping roe with its rich salty taste and texture added dimension to the rich cream cheese with shredded crab meat. This was good because the cream cheese would have been relatively tasteless without the saltiness. It also went well with the crisp Marlborough . The maon course was seabass with crispy skin, Vongole clams and spinach in a lemon - butter sauce. The was a green side salad with delicious tangy French dressing. The fish was cooked perfectly, and the clams provide that extra "sea" flavour, with the lemon butter sauce added a layer of flavour. Dessert was a mille-feuille with condensed milk cream in the layers, raspberry gel and raspberries. The raspberries were tangy and cut the sweetness of the condensed milk cream but overall was a little too sweet for me, although I have a sweet tooth. A very enjoyable meal with...

The only place I know that serves different kinds of meter long sausages, which don’t just look impressive but also taste incredible, so was definitely the highlight of the night. I loved this dish on the menu with the way it’s served as the idea of sharing a meal by everyone at the table gives it a nice homely feel. 🌟 We opted for the spicy and garlic flavour ones and none of us were disappointed with the dish. Another person in our party ordered the fish and chips which looked equally delicious. I wasn’t particularly wild about the “beer snacks” but that’s a personal preference. Their cheesecake is to die for too! Not just the taste but the size of it too! 😄 Not that I’m complaining, on the contrary! We shared one amongst 3 people and it was more than enough! The beers in this place are worth mentioning too. Can sneak up on you though so be mindful! Or at least try! 😄 P.S. Will be definitely returning to try their mussels- another dish this place is famous for! ❤️
